    Thanks! Not that you need to add more to you work list, but, I bet a video comparing wearable cups with the Pumpables Genie Advance would be very popular.

    Pro tip! If you want the Elvis stride cups and are getting monthly replacement parts thru insurance with aeroflow, you can just select Elvis stride as the pump you want replacement parts for!

      Just be careful as aeroflow likes to deny coverage and send bills after.

    FYI, the Imani cups are size 25 mm so finding inserts is tricky. Their site only goes down to 17 mm and the insert is opaque. Have been looking for a compatible insert to no avail.

      The imani cups have done great with Legendairy and willow inserts!

    Great info. I have listened to this about 4 times and i still dont know which may be ideal for me.
    I have elastic nipples and soft squishy boobies and a low producer. Considering the suction of the BB is so strong i would want a cup that tones down the suction by 15 percent not 40 lol .
    Does any one relate?
    Im hoping for some advice.

      We have more than 15 different inserts that fit the BabyBuddha cups most of which have a 15 mm option. Legendairy and maymom are my favorites to try

    Hi! Medela symphony user who has good supply and like the flanges with the silicon ring. I’ve used the spectra and it’s decent back up but doesn’t empty me as well as Medela. I’ve tried Willow go and it gives me 1/2 output. Debating if I get BB original or 2.0 - I don’t feel like pumping hurts or that im too sensitive but I def think the symphony is much more comfortable than spectra (for symphony i pump at maybe 5-6 level).I do have to consider that the BB original is almost 1/2 the cost of 2.0 and if that’s worth it. Also debating which collection cups to get - I want to optimize for milk volume but also cleaning! I don’t think I will use them if there are a ton of parts. Was so inclined to buy the medela cups until I saw your video that it’s a bit no due to potential nipple damage. Would love your advice! Thanks!

      Buy the BabyBuddha 2.0- it matches the symphony settings much better and moms are having better luck transitioning!

      Thanks for the fast reply! What do u think would be the best collection cup to match it? (But one that doesn’t have so many pieces, if such one exists). Thanks!

      Spectra, BabyBuddha, Zomee should be okay but I genuinely recommend pouring the milk out immediately to reduce mishaps!

    Thanks for the in depth video! Do you have any recommendations for wearable cups for someone who is coming from Medela Symphony and Medela pump accessories?

      So you are looking for wearable cups for the BabyBuddha to transition from the Medela symphony with Medela pump accessories?

    • @edengoedert2850
      @edengoedert2850 3 місяці тому

      Yes exactly. So, similar to what I use with the Medela except more portable so interested in cups. More specifically the medela hard plastic original flanges in 24mm.@genuinelactation

    If the only difference between the zomee and baby buddha cups are the backflow protectors, could you switch out the backflow protector to a baby buddha one?
    Not a wearable, but I'm also wondering if the motif twist sheild connectors might be a good option to use the lacteck or pumpinpals flanges with the baby buddha (cheaper than the easy fit kit).

    • @genuinelactation
      @genuinelactation  4 місяці тому

      Yes to the motif twist shields- but you need the babybuddha diaphragm to get proper strength. As for the cups yes swapping the backflows between the cups does create the same effect.

      It's in the works- it just takes hours to gather the data we need to offer this information properly! BabyBuddha is a primary pump in my practice because I do contract work for them so I work with the pump 20-40 hours a week lol so I know that information in my sleep!

    I have squishy/soft boobs and elastic nipples and low flow . I do alot of housework so m always moving. I dont know which cups to choose . Help please.
    When i hand express (which i have to do every time to empty) i notice by putting pressure and pulling to mid areola i get a decent stream of milk out as compared to the nipple base

    • @marsiali2834
      @marsiali2834 2 місяці тому

      I wouldn’t recommend doing housework while pumping. Take 15min to sit down and pump, read or write , catch up with emails or text your loved ones etc - it makes a huge difference with output and is more effective 💛
