NYC is fun to visit but I would never want to live there. Beyond Sushi is great I stopped there to eat a couple times. So is PS Kitchen.
I'm a new subscriber, and while I'm not vegan or a vegetarian, I don't eat a lot of meat simply because I live alone much of the time (my husband travels a lot for work) and I'm too lazy to thaw and cook meat just for myself. I have stage 4 cancer so I am quite conscious of what I eat...my health needs all the help it can get.Your videos sucked me in because you are so humble and gracious and your obvious kindness shows through. I love that you don't take yourself too seriously! Your food amd recipes use"normal" ingredients" and I think what's most attractive to me about your style is that it's easy and quick. Oh, and I also purchased your cookbook. Thank you for what you do!

I’m writing books as well. One, It’s called “The Theft of My Spiritual Gifts.” The 2nd one is called “Nonconsensual Experiments.” And my final book would probably be about the war against the darkness…I’ve not thought of a name of it yet but, I’m thinking “Tipping The Scale of The Universe.”

Congratulations Kiki- I ran to Barnes N Noble the day your book was released to get your book. It is so easy to prepare the recipes you chose and I have made about four things so far.
I know it is hard to leave your kids but it is actually healthy for their well being and growth into adulthood as well as you being supportive and happy for them when the time comes for them to eventually spread their wings and fly. I cherish the time I get with my kids and grandkids now but I remember when I was in the stage of life you are in now and how hard it was to gradually let go. God bless you and your family!😊
