Sending Kids? I Was Expecting A California Lifeguard A Disgraced New York Cop A Tabloid Reporter A Trashy Talk Show Host A Hot Supermodel A Cybernetic Enhanced Super Soldier A Los Angeles Gang Leader A British Computer Hacker A Demon Spawned Amazon A Native American Warrior From The 19th Century A Simple Minded Cowboy A Widowed Father And His Daughters A Group Of Surviving Texas Rangers A Street-Wise Trash Talking Radio D.J. A Band Of NASA Scientists/Security Guards And Two Teenage Martial Artists! But Anyway... These Kids Will Do. ...Unless They Come Back In One Piece And Not Grounded!
FINALLY! I was looking for this game for so long, I didn't knew the title. Random pick on the recommended, I hear that guitar riff, I recognize it immediately! Best New Year's gift, thanks! I was like 11 the first time I played this gem. Barely got past the takeoff, though.
Alligator Hunt? I love Pitfall and Bayou Billy. I wonder how this beat-em-up/platformer is?..... Wait? What the heck? They could have called this game Jelly Marathon Stockbroker and it'd make just as much sense.
I've only seen this game in one place back in the day, and while I never remembered the name the visuals and music always stuck with me. I remember watching other kids play and the take off stage was where most runs ended. I like to think that the blaster pistols the pilots had in the first stage are just their ships' weapons. Not even hand-held or scaled down versions, they just attach their pistols to their ships when they climb in. Those things can take down giant walkers and capital ships with ease!
It's like a hybrid of both Space Invaders and Space Harrier with metal guitar riffs
Wow, Earth has to be losing that war badly if they are sending kids to save the planet.

Strange "Cabal meets Space Invaders" vibe.

Nothing like blasting through an apocalyptic hell scape to cheesy rock music
