I've honestly never saw this game before... but the main character looks like Ryu, but if he decided to wear jeans instead of a karate gi. Plus, it's so 90s at points, which I like.
The Japanese version had some things that were removed from the U.S. one, such as the intro at the title screen as well as scenes with additional dialogue.
