Wrote this down for my use so sharing here for others to copy:
NO: onions, leeks, chives, grapes, raisins, currants, dates, dark chocolate, cooked bones, too many wheat and gluten based treats (can lead to leaky gut), low quality processed foods (too many additives/preservatives, high heat in processing converts fats into trans fats), allowable in small quantities are garlic (helps ward off ticks) (1/4 clove per 10 kg of dog’s weight) and avocado “meat,” but skin is poisonous. Someone in earlier comments mentioned not eating the avocado seed.
You are my new HERO! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Finely found what Ive been looking for. Thank you
I just moved my dog, a 10 lb. Chihuahua Dachshund mix (Chiweenie), to a fresh food diet. He immediately seemed to develop a healthy appetite and all your videos have helped to determine how he is doing from poop analysis to menu development. Thanks!! 🙂
Such a great channel - looked through many and watched many and always moved on. Your comprehensive, yet witty and straightforward information and advice all nailed it. Thank you! Keep it up!
Thank u! For making these videos!!! I believe in healthy diets for dogs and fresh food! I needed these videos so I can raise my puppy properly! Thank u! Keep it up!
Ppl say feeding homemade is too xpensive but the higher quality kibble or store bought frozen dog food is crazy exp$. I find sales on meat and get a bunch.
Great helpful vids cam thanks m8 the best advice I've seen on UA-cam professionally produced in a relaxing well explained way making it interesting informative well done 👍🤗
It's the size of the dose that makes the poison harm your health. A 75 pound dog will probably not show negative effects from eating three grapes.
However, that serving size might be toxic to a toy breed that weighs less than ten pounds.
Great straight forward info. Thanks
Thank you for making this channel, great content!
Thanks again 👍
I love you Dc thank youuuuu❤❤❤my Dog will love you too, am getting him today ❤
Thank you
Please put a list in the description 🙏
Thank you for clarifying the health of avacado. I was being careful to avoid avacado oil. What about macadamia nuts. Have heard that are not healthy?
What about bones that have been used for bone broth and once the broth is done the bones grind down to dust?
I have cooked chk bones in pressure cooker and they crumble [ no splintering]
I give my dog cooked Broccolini, carrot, n switch between pumpkin n sweet potato in small quantities everyday along with meat, shld they not be eating them everyday????
Can they eat raw chicken neck bones? I always throw them out but if they can eat it that would be cool.
Yes, they can eat raw chicken neckbones, but you always have to be supervising them…
My basset hound “Izzy” has bad yeast infection. What do you recommend.
Black currant fruit as a topper, no. Using black currant buds is a great alternative to corticosteroids stimulating and supporting the adrenals. The leafs of the blackcurrants are great for arthritis decreasing inflammation.
What about dehydrated bones like chicken feet? My dog doesn’t like them raw.
what if you cook the whole chicken until the bones are really soft, then grind the small bones with the meat? That should be safe, no? (no thigh bones, or bigger back bones, but small bones like the neck)
I love it , who the hell eats avocado skin
precisely!
I've always been told that dogs should never eat the large seed in avocados. You never mentioned the seed
