- Chris Haslam competed in The Berrics' modular manual contest 2Up not once, but twice. In 2018, he became our reigning wheelie god-here's how he did it.

In your opinion, which trick in this was the gnarliest? 👇
All of them
ALL he is impressive!!!
0:44 heelflip one foot manual is just mental.
@whatand1 *switch heel* 1-foot manny! Insane... 😳
:44 is absolutely crazy. boston dynamics built this man in the future and sent him back i swear
That one foot at 0:45 was outrageous.
Haslam is still one of my favorite innovative skaters of all time.
had to replay that a few times.
That switch heel switch one footed manual at that.
@@thegrouch6666 he tapped so.. not really that impressed
@@thegrouch6666 same, still not sure how that was psychically possible
@@THESK8_prodigy Nah, he definitely didn't. But judging by the rest of your weird begging-for-conflict/desperate-for-attention comments, I'm guessing this has less to do with anything in the video, and more to do with the cigarettes your mom used to put out on you when you were a toddler.
Chris Haslam and Daewon Song hands down have the best mannys in existence and they've always been some of my favorite skaters. Love seeing Chris still shredding today. Such a legend
Top 3 manny skaters: Crob, Crob, Crob
agreed. Brezinski gets busy too
@@timberlowder3483 compared to Haslam and Daewon?? Nah bro...
Check out David Casado
@@jedlynch4820 that was sick. dudes got some feet on him. that lens is cool but weird for some reason
This make anyone else miss the original almost team Chris is different in the best way possible never gets old ✊🏽
yes!
Used watch round 3 nearly every day. Good times.
god I loved Round 3
I came back to skating in 2023 after quitting in 2009 and wow so much has changed… the Almost team consisted of THEE best skaters and they’re videos were absolutely insane. S/O to all the new skaters holding it down to this day but the old almost team was something special
Big gaps are cool, but this is the kind of creative and technical skating I most enjoy watching
The best part of this was the fact that you could not know where he was going or what he was gonna do in any of these tricks.... pure genius.
chris and daewon should do a berrics part
Why pay the berrics why they can do their own videos and make money.
They get very little is filmed and put up here .
Chris Haslam is one of my biggest inspirations! Love that guy
Haslam's part in Almost Round 3 is still to this day one of the best skate parts ever made.
the song is sooo perfect too
Every part in that was top notch
Daewons was my favorite
I used to watch round 3 on repeat back in the day
The famous rodney mullen clip from THPS. That’s the best . Round 3 is my favorite movie though
I had the pleasure of meeting the Sasquash a few years ago while skating in Barcelona, such a cool guy and incredible skater :)
Even the less combo trick in the vids are crazy sick!! Switch heel one foot manual.. 😱🤯
Nevet seen one. But switch one foot heel needs to be done more. It looks so sick
Haslam's a freak! Such a creative skater...never get bored of watching his stuff. One of the best styles in my opinion
I legit think Haslam would dominate in BTB12
Manuals, grabs and foot plants dont count tho
I agree. Hes done some flatground tricks that Ive yet to see done by anybody else
He's been 1 or 2 BATB and he didn't do well in any of them which fucked everyones bracket up
He would have to have these circus flip tricks first try, which he dont
Him vs johnny giger would be fun to watch
Absolutely unbelievable. He’s always been one of the best and most creative dudes. Skateboarding is my favorite when it looks fun and artsy
It aint batb but its still chris haslam thats a dub in my books 😌
Dude pulls off insane chain combos! He legit does what you can do in all the tony hawk and skate games 😂
As a skater who does a lot of manuals myself, I love seeing this. Everything takes ages but is so satisfying
Personally I don’t do a lot of manuals but Chris has always been one of my favorite skaters to watch.
I don’t either, because it’s hard
I sucked at regular manuals but for some reason I could do a one-footed manual for 100 meters or more. And I did them with my right foot on the tail even though I was goofy footed. It’s probably because I used to bomb hills on one leg as a kid. I was a weird kid.
@@numerum_bestia I feel that. For some reason nose manuals are easier for me than regular manuals
Love the control and creativity involved! How about a new 2Up? It's been 3 years again.
I think it was in his almost round 3 part where he did a Kickflip into a one foot nose manual. That trick has been burned into my memory ever since. Seriously one of the most underrated skaters
Always a treat to see him skating. Thank you
no game weekend? 😞
😢
@Skate Stats It’s probably the COVID panic again. I know you’re disappointed but be patient, we’ll get another game when it settles down a bit, I’m bummed out about it too, but this virus had really made it hard for them and there’s nothing we can really do about it.
Just when you think, damn that was insane, he adds something else that completely blows you mind. So good!
Grew up in Richmond watching this guy shred. Still can’t get enough !
Love watching this man skate. One of the best skaters of all time. 🔥
People forget how much control people have had over their boards for years, he’s been this good for a long time
I want to see Crhis Haslam & Andy Anderson having a jam so bad. Unreal creativity and balance!
June Saito is the manual master
My homie skated the courts in Vancouver and apparently both were there. I can only imagine what that session must’ve looked like
Sweet!!!! 🤙 Haslam is indeed a favorite for many people. This was so sick to watch as always! Thank you 🙏
This was insane! Always one of my favorite skaters
I did a presentation on Chris Haslam back in 2007, it’s awesome that he still rips! The ICEE CREEEAM video will forever be imprinted in my brain 🍦
MORE OF THIS PLEASE!!!
We need more videos like that!
This sort of creativity, style, and difficulty is my favourite to watch. I could watch him skate on repeat all the time. In my opinion, some of the highest order of skateboarding - love the perspective he brings to obstacles and even the definition of skateboarding.
His tricks makes me smile!
One of the best ever!
Love the truckstand move! 😍🙌🏾✨
Casper?
Watching all of these back to back like this really scrambles your brain.
This is some of the best skating I’ve seen in a long time. This actually made me want to go skate
Berrics should have a whole show/ segment on skaters using the park creatively.
Let’s break up the homogeneity of street/park skating.
Haslam is a Legend. Always has been.. Always will be.. Up there with the best of all time
Anybody having a rough start? Watched this and i am pumped. So sick thank you for your awesome talents Haslam.
Wow master of the craft for sure!
Thank you Chris
The fact he's still this good at his age is inspirational
one of my favorite skaters of all time!

This is a wonderful segment. I would have totally lost my mind if I saw this 25 years ago.
Living legend!!!
That was insane. Very creative
i just wanna say Thank You for this
This made my day
I probably can’t even comprehend how much fun it is to skate like that! The guy is absolutely crazy!!!
Omg so good so much board control 🤙🏼🔥🔥🔥
So relaxing
ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!!
Wow that whole video was insane!!
✌😎🖖
This may be one of the most dope skate videos ever
Haslam is still a beast. Still busting out monster manuals to this day. Absolute champ. ROUND3GOAT
The way he does a bigspin at 1:05 is so steezy, goddamn
Amazing
One of my favorite skaters of all time.
