I find the Luxa Base makes the chrome look a little cloudy rather than clear and glossy. I've been using Luxa Build in clear with improved durability but will try this method again. Thanks for sharing.
Can you just put the top coat over the primer? To you have to cure base first and then top coat ir can you apply and cure the top coat directly on the primer?
+Karina Elmholdt Hi! You can go straight into Shine after Prime if you'd like. I like to also use Base for extra protection. My clients come back 2 - 5 weeks with no chipping using all three! Hope this helps!
I found my own trick! After powder then another layer of no wipe top coat then I put a shine coat on top that seals it good. No it didn’t take the shine away at all! If I start having an issue I will know where to go!! Thank you for your awesome ideas 💡 😃 💅🏻
No I don’t have any Luza products as of yet. I started using seaweed base coat no wipe top coat then over that I use there Shine top coat. I was having problems getting my nails to stop chipping the gel polish wouldn’t stay on my nails kept breaking. So I started using Seaweed. I purchased on EBAY. My nails are longer than they have been in years my gel polish stays put! I’m happy with it. Works with any gel polish!

+Leah Calabro Hi! Some gels "sparkle" the chrome and then it doesn't have that chrome finish anymore. It looks more like a shimmery brushed metal if that makes more sense.
+Diana Trinh Hi! Our primer is an acid free primer. It leaves a tacky surface on the nail when dry. As for your question, I'm not sure what is comparable I only use Luxa Prime. Thanks for watching!

I think this step saves me a lot of time on my chrome application and it's a lot simpler, faster, and easier than just covering the entire nail in builder gel. I used to use that method all the time until i saw your video which is a lot better. Are you going to continue your nail talk series, also I'm on major shopping spree and luxa so please tell me your personal favourite colors so I can buy them. I love IV, Velvet Forest, Salem, Dragon Fruit, It Ain't Easy Being Green, Flash, Slap Yo Momma Pink, and Whiteout. This primer you mention could you please elaberate what the primer is does I have a builder gel it does not say primer on the jar, so do u have to cure this primer how long for please I luv chrome. We need to understand the prime. As you applied it in ur demonstration on edges lightly and said it's sticky do you cure it after I have chrome on my nails right now But it doesn't say how long it lasts my cheaper ones lasted 6 days. My expensive one 4 days it's still on, and I used no wipe top gel and says no chip but the chrome evetulay is starting to show the black base I need one product to help it not to do that is it this primer can u find out a UK brand please and get back to me your nails look so pretty can u do a tutorial of your nails eat u are wearing I like the nail art in it.
