OMG you are at the door with that thing!? How hard is is to park each time? Did you really have an easier time getting the kids into the back seat with a Y and normal doors? are heated and cooled seats really on all seats, is that a Plaid thing?
In the garage yes getting kids in and out the Y is easier. In the driveway the X is easier. All depends on your location that your parking but for us we park in the garage often. I was incorrect in saying that the rear seats are cooled. They are just heated in all 6 seats in the car and cooled in the front
Ride comfort is much better than the Y that is for sure. The air suspension makes a big difference. SO I actually did not purchase this X. Just had it to review/figure out if it is the next vehicle we want to add to the family. But having said that, We are looking at an EV. So the Kia EV9 is one I will be making a video on soon to compare to the X. It does have more space but you do sacrifice on a few other things.
@ Wow! Thank you for your answer 👍🏻 I'm Korean.. I'm proud that you bought an EV9 made in Korea haha Did you watch the Ioniq car released in Korea today?
@ If you had Urus and Panamera gts [the new Cayenne gts, BMW X7 M60i, GLS MAYBACH 600, Mercedes AMG G63, Bentayga] what would you pick out of these 5 vehicles? Choose 2 cars among 5 cars
I’m going to be trading in my R1S quad this month for 2024 Model X Plaid, nervous I hope I made the right decision. I love the Rivi but the software is just not as good as Tesla. Ordered Lunar Grey with white interior, can’t wait.
Yeah, I've owned 2 R1Ts and a R1S and they are kind of rough around the edges compared to the Teslas. I currently still has 1 R1T QM plus a Cyberbeast, Model X Plaid and the new Model 3 Performance (it is like a baby S Plaid; phenomenal 😍)
@@raymondhon4661 Model 3 Performance Is a little track weapon! Impressive collection you have going on currently! Definitely would love to check it out one day!
I found that when I was in the garage or parked pretty close to another vehicle the clearance getting in and out was a bit tricky. Also maybe something I would get use to if I was living with it a long time but definitely inconvenient in my garage when I do have two vehicles in it. I would have to back it out first to load up the kids. 100% you will have more issues with those doors in the long term though so something to be aware of.
I will definitely be making a video on the newest tesla at that time! I could actually make a video on a 5 year old model x and how it has aged…. Like this comment if that is of interest?
5:28 that is the perfect edit😂😂
Gets me everytime 😂
Nice review .. Did you have ppf and or ceramic coating done ?
I have not done PPF or Ceramic coating on any of my vehicles. A PPF would likely be worth it if you do a lot of highway driving.
The only bad idea is the clickbait title, thumbs down.
Not entirely true :) there are reasons why the model x is a bad idea for a large population which I chat about in the video.

FYI, only the front seats are ventilated (cooled). All 6 seats are heated.
Yes, my mistake in the video while recording! Forgot to do a text overlay correcting myself.
What is your satisfaction with ride comfort ? And What are some other vehicles you've been thinking about together before purchasing this car?

@@DriV-log I did see that it has been announced and actually plan on having a video out on that in the next 24 hours :)

amazing car!
Such a great car!
nice. let's hope they won't discontinue it
Yes, that is always a possibility overtime. Interesting to see as well what would replace it in the future.
I love my 2024 Model X Plaid. It is still my favorite SUV, more so than my Rivian R1S Quad-Motor. Thank you Tesla.
Out of those two the Model X Plaid would be my pick as well

Any issues with the falcon wing doors. That is what is holding me back, so many negative reviews

Why you comparing x and y ?
I have a Y so I was making comparisons based on what I currently drive. Thanks for watching!
Love it!
Me too ;)
For the Algo!
You were quick to watch this one!

Considering its super high tech built Tesla sins in not providing their cars ambiance lightning and a heads up display in my opinion 🤷🏻♂️
I think they will bring additional ambient lighting to the X in the future similar to the refreshed Model 3.
Bro, you breathing too hard
Man I have to get in better shape! Haha
