The judge lets a lot go on that he should not. He let the state help one of the people testifying down from the stand and that is literally not allowed. He lets Ms love rant forever when she's told no. He lets her file motions when he said to stop.

They are going to work their way up to current stuff and thug did get pulled over and shit was found and its going to make him look guilty.
