And the attorney told the prosecutors last year he was going on vacation on these days. So the prosecutors had an entire year to figure out they needed to call Woody before or after his attorney went on vacation for a week. And in case you’re. It too familiar with this trial the prosecutors are only halfway through, they still have a couple more months of witnesses to put up. So who’s fault do you think this is?
The first thing I said when the judge didn’t want to release the transcript right away was that’s a red flag he didn’t let it show until when? A week and a half later? More then enough time to rewrite or edit/change things around to make it look how you want it to look upon release. This case is nasty work from Start to finish. Lowkey needs a damn documentary by the end of it.
