W tym roku również skończyłam 30 lat i zaczęły się pojawiać pierwsze problemy na mojej twarzy. Rozpoczęłam swoją przygodę z masażami twarzy i oczyszczaniem dwu etapowym. Również cała pielęgnacja uległa metamorfozie ( po latach wróciłam do toniku, dodałam esencje i przede wszystkim filtry). Wiem, że na wszystko potrzeba czasu i mam nadzieję, że w końcu znajdę pielęgnację idealną. Mimo tego, że u innych jak najbardziej akceptuje zabiegi medycyny estetycznej to u siebie tego nie chcę. Choć wiem, że za 20 lat kiedy objawy starzenia będą już naprawdę widoczne mogę mieć inne zdanie.

Hey, I just turned 30 and I am using chilled jade roller all over my face and neck daily since 15 days for 2-3minutes in upward direction by spraying rose water and aloe vera gel and I can't see my nasolabial lines anymore, jade rollers are really effective, do try it.

In this video there is a strong light but I don't hide anything and you can see that this is pretty close to what it really looks like in other videos with different lighting. PS I don't think it's that perfect, I can see lots that could be better!

If the oil is for skin or is its essential than u dont have to wash it out but if ur massaging ur face at night leave it but at the morning don't apply oil on face it can cause pigmentation and darkness
