Just a small note to anyone with problem skin. After you massage your head, you tend to pick up oil from the scalp. Make sure you wash your hands before you touch your face with the oil to do the facial massage so you don't break out ❤️

I was juuling for about a month and got smile lines, no joke. I quit and for a month I did these exercise and my cheeks lifted up eliminating my smile lines. I was serious about my face and made sure to drink at least a gallon to half a gallon of water a day (and added more veggies to my meals). All my face massages were done with a mix if tea tree oil and a base of jojoba oil. I have no smile lines as of today. This saved me at least 2k dollars for a juvederm procedure. Good luck folks!

WOW!! Highly recommend! Started this two days ago and saw results! Even the dead skin along my laugh lines seemed to rub off after a hot shower!
Been taking vitamin C tablets and drinking loads of water/coconut water!
I used olive oil and really tried to focus the pressure in areas to feel the muscles that need to be worked on. Felt my laugh lines plump up and felt more elasticity where it felt like deep lines and thin muscle.

  • @e.erin.

As I age, I’m realizing that it isn’t wrinkles I’m combatting as much as it is sagging and loss of volume. These two things are a struggle in general, but one important fact that I’ve come to understand is this: As the planes of my face change, so do the highlights and shadows. Shadows become deeper which makes any area that creases (like smile “lines”) look darker. We think this is a “wrinkle” when it’s actually sagging preventing light from illuminating parts of the face that it used to. 😮

Olga, thank you so much for putting this video together and sharing with us. I like the fact that you presented it in a technical way and offered us the names of the muscles on our face. Very helpful. I just tried it along with you. Of course my 9 repetitions were fast (due to your fast motion). Nevertheless, I can feel a pressure in my cheeks afterwards and am very excited to see what the difference might be in three weeks. Once again, thank you for taking the time to put the video together so carefully and sharing it with us.

27 is not too young for facial massage ~ to say she should wait until she's older is like telling someone to wait until they have scurvy and THEN eat citrus ~ also people can get lines when in middle or high school ~ plus massaging with grapeseed oil followed by cleansing helps to stimulate circulation and clear out pores so they look smaller ~ older people haven't cornered the market on skin concerns such as dark circles and lines or even sagging skin ~ if you gain a few hundred pounds at 20 then lose them at 30 and i guarantee you'll look much older than 30 because the skin would loosen and sag with the weight loss.
BTW she doesn't look 27 either and her skin looks amazing even for 27 or younger ~ i hope she slays in 20 years ~ if haters gotta hate then she might as well make them seethe with envy while they're at it.

Omg I love you videossss but one thing I’m scared is stretching my skin doing these methods and possibly make my laugh like worse. I’m 18, can these massages help me since my skin is still young?

I did this and used a dirma roller last night and my nasalabial folds are almost gone this morning. I will keep doing it. I am only 20 but have had deep nasal labial folds due to stress. And naturaly have always had several rings under my eyes and dark hollow circles.

The term you want is - NASOLABIAL FOLD, (not "NOsolabial Fold")...
like the NASOPHARYNX... with an "A".it is pronounced NAY-ZOW.
    Nice video! THANK YOU!
Interestingly enough, there was an INSTANT CHANGE in my nasolabial area, just from doing the massage with you (and doing it MORE while you're explaining things). But, I was surprised to see the actual FOLDS that got SIGNIFICANTLY LESS DEEP. It might be because my face/head muscles tend to be very tense, but still, it's a GREAT RESULT, right?!

Gabriella Taylor I’m sure your comment was to inform, at least I hope so, but it did come off a little condescending. Clearly English is not her 1st language, we all knew the correct words & what she meant. Why did you feel the need to maybe embarrass & correct her?

My skin looks more youthful and feels good, the dark circles are under my eyes are improving, lastly, the lines around my mouth are slowly disappearing. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge... By the way I've tried finding/locating the book; bones, therapy, surgery in your hands... unfortunately, I'm unable to find it. Can you offer a link as to where to buy the book? Again, thanks so much!!

for the head massage, she is doing it without oil, just the fingers. After the head massage is ready, you apply the oil to start the face massage, if that is what you are asking.

Thanks for the very useful face massage tips. Someone had asked that she uses henna and her hair is orange - she should use henna soaked separately and indigo powder soaked separately - then after 4 hrs, mixed together and applied (henna gives red + indigo gives blue so together, they give = black!) OK?

Hi Olga, Your Skin looks so healthy and alive. Do you follow any diet or avoid certain foods apart from these easy face lift exercises?
I started it today. Hope to see the results. And yes how long have you been doing it?
Can you show some effective exercise for drooping eyelids and to get rid of wrinkles under lower lids?
    Thank you..., from Pretty

Hello, I don't eat meat or drink cows milk, I almost don't eat cheese and butter (sometimes with some dishes). So mostly plant based diet. When I can I buy organic. I don't drink coffee and drink plenty of water, herbal teas and water with lemon. I'm going to post the video about what I eat during the day soon (it's recorded already, I need to edit it :) ) . I have been doing the face massage on and off since I was around 22, experimenting with different ways of doing it. I do know some exercises for around the eyes area, I'll share them soon too although I haven't been doing exercises that much , massage works great at the moment so I cannot say my opinion about the exercises yet. Thank you for popping by and leaving the comment :)
