Al could easily set the story straight about Mikes claims and he does from time to time. He makes no bones about Brian being the man in this group.

People like you who keep dredging up Mike hate should be banned from social media. How about we just enjoy the music?

Fascinating interview - would love to hear more from Al as his memories of the band and music still seem so fresh.

Al is the best member of The Beach Boys!! Hes talented, highly intelligent, just a COOL in the middle of the road guy, and remember he stood with Brian when the shit hit the fan. Excellent voice range!!

How did Al, Dennis, and the whole gang learn their instruments so damn fast? They had to have had lessons, or stomped their feet, and had an instinctive ear 4 music ?? Thx

Such an important member in the vocal harmonies. He could do leads as well but the backup vocals always outstanding. As far as I know he never complained but could have had a bigger role in the group.

Al's voice has always been spectacular. So glad to hear him speak about so much during a 63 year career.

Great interview especially when most of the questions are asked by the audience. Most interviews are always redundant with the same old questions of the last four decades.

Would have loved to have done this interview. I used to have a radio show & I almost had Al on as a guest, but the timing just never worked out. Regretful.
