One time myself & my best friend were hiding & 2 LEOs came up & questioned us, we weren’t on private property, we were using an unused channel on the CB not blocking anyone, etc., but they didn’t know we had the microphone on, one got in back seat & told me to get back with him, I said no way, he pulled his gun, my friend put microphone where it picked up everything, I started saying things on what they looked like, etc.,he was trying to take my shirt, bra off, the other one attacking my friend. They got call on their radio, told us they would be back! No frikin way, I went to the police station. I know one officer left for another city, but the other was fired. I think cops got away with a lot more then too.
I'm so glad the victim in this case was so smart, and the attacker was so dumb, so she was able to escape, and he wasn't. I'm also glad that for whatever reason, he is no longer around to cause any more trouble.
I would imagine he had the mind set to be a serial rapist, but by his actions, many mistakes, and ED, it seems this was either his first attack, or close to it. Perhaps he was driven mad by his impotency, and was savagely attempting to get off after so long. It's gotta do something to the human mind, to be unable to obtain that O. I think that's what made him act like a sick, desperate man, and inevitably, get arrested. Then again, his buddy didn't seem surprised by his actions, so maybe he's been maliciously taking out his emotions on women for a long time, which would explain the psych meds, and in turn, his incompetence. A psycho cycle
Don’t take her smiles as anything but her surviving. It’s funny when the big man trying to bully and abuse a smaller person doesn’t get away with it, truly.
As a SA survivor myself, I send Erin my wishes for healing from the horrible ordeal You are such a brave and SMART woman and that saved your beautiful life.
@PhancyPants12 so terrifying... did he tell you what to do instead? I mean at gunpoint there are not many options. Seriously I wouldn't know what to do. Had me thinking but every option is just awful
I'm surprised the other cop's parents even let him move back in with them after committing such a horrible crime. I would never allow that if that was my child, I wouldn'tbe able to sleep at night. Pure evil!
Who knows what environment creates someone like that. There's a chance that the parents are great and want to keep him off the streets, keep an eye on him, and make sure this creep stays out of trouble. (That would be a huge job, and exhausing and unpleasant, so kudos to them if so.) On the other hand, maybe they're abusers themselves and/ or enablers of his sick behaviour.
He took the cowardly, easy way out…Anthony Orban should’ve been put on suicide watch even months after trial; he should’ve heard his verdict so he could sit in his cell day in and day out miserably knowing his sick perverted actions had extreme serious consequences, and that he never deserved a badge in the first place, an embarrassment to law enforcement & his family. That takes a lot to forgive your aggressor for a crime so brutal; what a brave woman she is; God was most definitely with her. I pray she & her child are doing well🙏🏾
It takes even more for his family to sit and listen and for her to forgive him…….but they were big enough to do it and more than that I’m sure they have all thought long and hard about what led to this, how and why it happened. They know something went terribly wrong inside of him but aren’t sitting around calling him a sick pervert. 🙄
@@IndigoCave28 For your information, I believe I stated “his actions were sick and perverted”, pay attention. The other thing is you seem to know a lot as a reader, assuming how his family felt. You see, as listeners to a video/ story, it’s a normal reaction to feel for a victim for a heinous crime; however, something we’re also used to seeing is when a family continues to defend the perpetrator’s actions…until it’s done to them.
Why would or should it take a suspect to say "you might want to look at my phone"? They should automatically look at the phone (get a warrant to do so).
Why do women got to live like this in fear. That man was caught. Why should he be living in a cell with all the comforts of life. It is time the laws are changed for the better.

@@suehart919No, it doesn't. I'm doing great, and forgiving the P.O.S. who hurt me has never been on my to-do list. I'm absolutely entitled to hate that person with my whole body and rejoice the day I find out they have passed away. Maybe don't tell victims how to feel or how to process their trauma, eh?
This Dr Nekish Seth founded a Pain Management clinic in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Mesa AZ. These charges were brought against him in 2017. They were dismissed in 2018. In 2019 he was arrested while driving his Lamborghini DUI. Also, in 2019, a female patient accused an employee at the Integrated Pain Management center with sexual assault while being drugged in their office. He’s also an anesthesiologist and is licensed to practice medicine in AZ, TX, UT, and MI.
The police on the first case treated the victim with compassion and took this crime very seriously, instead of covering it up since it involved a fellow officer...
I wonder if the cop really unalived himself or was helped. It seemed that there was a network of men who shared videos and pictures of such assaults. Was it investigated who were the other men in this group?
Law enforcement is rife with predators despite the “vetting process” and people should never forget that when they’re tempted to cede more power to it.
Rule #1… never ever get in the car…. Your chances of survival go down immensely if you do. The odds are they plan to kill you anyway so fight for your life, run, scream etc. where ever you are… never get in the car!
Makes you think, all the times in the past when there were mostly male police officers and they didn't take SA victims serious or even judges that gave lenient sentences, how many of them actually approved and got off on it. I notice in many trials how the judge (+ lawyer ofc) are so insensitive to the reported victim and constantly re-traumatize them. It seems downright unprofessional. There was at least one prominent judge exposed who kept doing exactly that. Giving too light sentences, acquitting perps regardless of evidence and even mocking the female victims.
Wow. Erin you are incredible. What poise, what bravery and what generosity of spirit to forgive. You are one helluva souljah and your story shows us all that Law Enforcement officers are not being vetted properly. Surely this man's behaviour must have been apparent to colleagues?
This happens here in Australia too. Unfortunately the worst ones caught all worked in sex crimes. There's also a huge rate of DV charges against police from their wives/girlfriends with the women being hospitalised... Some of the attending officers tried to cover up for their mates too.
@@outlawJosieFox Yes, sadly it's true. I remember the UK had a few truly horrendous cases, one with policeman murdering that young woman. Another where one murdered 2 women and the third I remember was a policeman who'd offer girls a 'safe' lift home late at night, then grape them. We get good and bad people within every walk of life... Yet police are held to a higher standard due to the very nature of their career. There was a TV show here in Australia interviewing women who'd been SA and DV by their policemen partners. One of the worst was the head of the SA/DV departments of his state in Australia. When she tried to get police to help, his colleagues hid his crimes and even told him new private contact details for her. Because he was the head of the entire department he even had access to the safe house she was hiding in. The sentiment behind the statement from the police after it all came out was 'Oops, sorry about that' . Freaking terrifying.
He is getting vengeance by God. Forgiveness is more for the survivor than it is for thw other person. Knowing from experience of stuff happening to me.
Some people do that, it can mean a lot of things not necessarily that they are laughing or mocking a situation. It can be frustrating if someone in you’re personal life does that though.

Police officers abusing their authority is not new. They do it all the time. I have been a victim of being terrorized and stalked by a police department- I felt completely hopeless because it was the police department, what can I do? It was their word against my word. So I pray. A few months later, the police officer that was harassing me was fired for misconduct with women during working hours. I’m so happy this woman is doing OK today.
I am being stalked by OCSD nationwide as an ELDERLY financial crime victim they're running cover for the criminals and tying to frame me for supposedly 'threatening' my perps. They are RELENTESS!
I just came from the true crime story with the victims sex life on full display that you just commented on. I come to your page, honestly surprised by your comment, and see this one. You talking about your own victimization. Was that judgment on you for some secret sin nobody knows about but you and God, like you judged the single mom and her sins being the reason she was murdered, or were you caught in the line of a predator like the woman who accused him of misconduct at his work, or the single mom with two girls that you victim blamed for her own death because she had an active sex life? Predators look for prey. Women in pants get raped just like women in mini skirts. People get murdered and raped, because of murderers and rapist. Maybe rethink your point of view next time.
1:42 then kill me... shoot me! Because I've been through being kidnapped for 9 days before and yes I am grateful to be alive today but the trauma and PTSD I now live with can be debilitating some days. Never get into the car...scream...run...fight... do anything but get into that car!! And yes I say this, but I have to admit I was frozen with fear when my incident happened, fear and disbelief! The things people did to me I wouldn't wish upon anyone. This was 6 years ago in Florida of all places. There are times I can smell the main capture I can smell his dreads or I swear I hear his voice out in public. I used to catch myself wondering who he has replaced me with because I could tell I was not the first person in that shed and I can't see myself being the last. He made so much money from what people were paying him. These where husband's, father's, sons, brothers, uncle's and then they would go home to their families like they didn't just do that to a captive woman. If they couldn't tell I didn't want to be there with my black eye and split lip then they are even more stupid and lying. I tried to ask on man who looked like he was nice to help me and he told the man who held me. The next time that door opened it was him coming in to beat the heck out of me for trying to escape. How could that man tell him on me I didn't understand. But one night he had nobody to watch me and he needed to go do some deals or something and took me I was naked in the front seat with a gun fixed on me. After like 3 hours we where about to get onto the highway..... I pulled that car door open and ran butt naked down that street I didn't care I ran as fast as I could, hiding behind cars afraid he would find me. I was afraid to go to the cops because I didn't even know where I was to tell them anything about the place. I'm not from Florida I was visiting. And there was more to it too but I was so afraid of me and people in general after all that. I give this woman so much credit for her bravery to speak up and try to help others maybe some day I will be able to do that but for today I'm just trying to get by one day at a time... be safe and pay attention to your surroundings always!!!✌💜🙃🙏
May God heal your heart, mind, and spirit from what these evil animals did. Much love and respect to you for not giving up. If you believe in prayer…try it. It has helped me so much. 🙏♥️

I so wanted her to risk fighting back & not going to the second location which is recommended. It turned out she got them off the street (permanently in the rapist’ case.) Thank God, she was able to forgive so she could rise above feeling victimized. She’s a warrior! 🙌🏼

I believe that ANYONE who has EVER served as law enforcement for even an hour - EVER charged with a crime the punishment should be manditory DOUBLED at MINIMUM. Not that I want girls/ladies/females/women traumatized... Having young girls watch stories of survival from women who've done clever things - order Pizza calling 911, etc to arm them with potential ideas to draw upon on IF they ever find themselves in these situations, could it hurt?
This woman is absolutely amazing! Thank god she’s smart with great instincts, and prevented him from doing this to someone else, who may not have survived.
How is it possible that any many wouldn't want to protect her and make sure she is and would be safe anytime anywhere... especially a detective. What a precious lady 💖
Erin you are so beautiful inside and out! I dont think I could forgive him after he tried to take the easy route. You are right, you’re not a victim you are a survivor. Even through all the trauma you have been through. You are here, smiling through your pain. You are so courageous and such a inspiration.
I am not going to forgive the two deputies (Alachua County, Florida) who falsely arrested me for alleged DUI nearly five years ago. I have spent the time since as a prisoner in my own home, suffering from PTSD. I still don't have my license back, and could not afford the insurance I would have to buy. I have solid proof that both deputies are guilty of perjury with criminal intent, the State's Attorney's Office was guilty of perjury with at minimum criminal intent. One of the deputies was also guilty of tampering with evidence. My public pretender was ineffective counsel and the judge ordered me not to refer to the evidence I brought to the witness stand and to address the jury only in response to my Attorney's questions. I am now amassing a complaint with nearly 200 pages of corroborating evidence, to get at least the two deputies arrested on charges of denying my civil rights under color of law enforcement, and then I want to file a section 1983 lawsuit against at least seven defendants ranging all the way up to the NHTSA, who have deliberately misstated the accuracies of their field sobriety tests!
May Ashley’s parents find justice to find your daughter with her face missing and have the person accountable out there living among them is horrible I pray the detectives due right by this family and the monster is caught before they live the entirety of their lives with no closure and broken hearts. Sorry sweet girl
I hope this program also covers all the people who have unbearable pain, but whose doctors are afraid to provide them with pain medicine because of all the junkies and drug abusers. Cancer is not the only unbearable pain disease! They are going through living hell.
Seems swearing an oath means nothing to this man and to be a police officer for s crime that’s just worse what a disgusting human I’m glad this girl survived but not glad it’s police man that done this as they suppose to protect and also his line of work he knew what this could do to a woman or even a man having this happen to them shame on him just shame on him

They got call on their radio, told us they would be back! No frikin way, I went to the police station. I know one officer left for another city, but the other was fired. I think cops got away with a lot more then too.
She is so hot! And Ontario is in Canada, not California.
EDIT: You all need to stop cyberbullying me please!
AGREED 💯😰😢🙆🏽♀️🤯
I'm so glad the victim in this case was so smart, and the attacker was so dumb, so she was able to escape, and he wasn't. I'm also glad that for whatever reason, he is no longer around to cause any more trouble.
AMEN 🙌🏽🙏🏽❤❤
What a amazing and brave woman.
What a nice woman ….you can just tell. I’m glad it didn’t break her because you can tell it didn’t. What a wise woman.
That other loser should have been sentenced longer. They both were evil
I was thinking the same thing
She is beautiful inside out!
@@JohnDoe-mp1zk
How many women did he do this to???? 😡😡
exactly, what a creep entitled madman
That's a valid question because it's hard to believe that this was his first time doing something like this.
@@chronicallyillicitor he’s a sociopath I think that makes way more sense. People don’t do things like that because they haven’t gotten any in a while

Don’t take her smiles as anything but her surviving. It’s funny when the big man trying to bully and abuse a smaller person doesn’t get away with it, truly.
As a SA survivor myself, I send Erin my wishes for healing from the horrible ordeal You are such a brave and SMART woman and that saved your beautiful life.
do...not...get...in...you get in the car and go to the 'second place', you're dead

My dads a LEO and he always taught us this from the time I can remember.
yes it's from FBI stats@@PhancyPants12
Exactly. I would say well you cab shoot me right here. Where I can get help and you are on camera!
Pure evil!
Same here. I could love them and forgive them but they aren't going to be living with me. I don't went through too much myself for that.
I pray she & her child are doing well🙏🏾
They knew that he was going to end his life.... They let him....
He heard the verdict. He killed himself before his sentencing.
So you’re a Lib who loves wasting tax dollars?? 🤡

Most victims 'forgive' for their own benefit & healing. Holding onto hate & hurt truly does damage the victim more.
@@suehart919No, it doesn't. Speaking from my experience as a survivor, what actually helps victims is therapy, and, if medically warranted, prescribed medication for the psychological complications of PTSD. I'm doing great, and forgiving the P.O.S. who hurt me has never been on my to-do list. I'm absolutely entitled to hate that person with my whole body and rejoice the day I find out they have passed away. Maybe don't tell victims how to feel or how to process their trauma, eh?
We all deal with trama differently.

it is not at all hard to believe that someone working in law enforcement is a criminal
There’s no way this was the cop’s first time. I hope they are investigating his last 20 years.
His accomplice too.
Such a Brave Young Lady, in SO many ways. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
My thoughts exactly
Right!
Imagine their whole police department was in on it😳
You are a great young lady Arin. I so glad they found that evil man guilty. Just keep going for your kid. So proud of you.
“A great privilege to be a mother.” What a sweet kind and caring way to put it. Amazing mom!!
What an incredibly strong human being
Law enforcement is rife with predators despite the “vetting process” and people should never forget that when they’re tempted to cede more power to it.

Rule #1… never ever get in the car…. Your chances of survival go down immensely if you do. The odds are they plan to kill you anyway so fight for your life, run, scream etc. where ever you are… never get in the car!
When I found out he was a cop, I was not surprised that he was with the sex crimes division.
Right? Pretty sure I’ve heard of that happening in the past too. Insane
This girl is so damn smart! I am so proud of her!
Wow. She forgave him after what he did to her and killed himself. Erin is a badass of superhero stature.
That guy may not be Ted Bundy, but how could any one forgive sex crimes like that?
What an amazingly strong woman❤❤❤

Bless her heart! Thank God she got away!
@@elenawilliams32Here in the UK as well 😮
@@outlawJosieFox Yes, sadly it's true.
Fk forgiveness, I’d want vengeance…
Same.

Far above the limit for forgiveness.

He is getting vengeance by God. Forgiveness is more for the survivor than it is for thw other person. Knowing from experience of stuff happening to me.
Thank God for the man, at the liquor store. May she heal and help others through this terrible experience.

Why did the detective smile 😊when he said "That poor girl"?
Some people do that, it can mean a lot of things not necessarily that they are laughing or mocking a situation. It can be frustrating if someone in you’re personal life does that though.
It can be a nervous reaction possibly to being interviewed.
No matter what kind job they doing, most men aren’t good.
Why give the accomplice a deal when you actually have his phone??!!
🚨FIVE YEAR SENTANCE WAS PERFECT. Remember if he did not testify against the rapist and provide the pictures the detective could have said I'm a detective and she got in my car she wanted more money things got out of hand and then I took off I got scared. It's a he said she said. Plusd he's going to say she's a prostitute and he's a law-abiding officer.
Privileged
Bless your heart. God bless you for your forgiving spirit. Sending much love and comfort to you
Thanks for sharing.
That first story....that man has no soul. I’m so happy Erin got away. He was crazy and would have killed her for sure.
In the 2nd story.. I feel so sorry for Ashley and her family. My heart goes out to you!! 🙏
What a brave,smart woman.
Great job by Chris. You are a Real Boss.
I'm not driving off with no one, she's lucky to be alive.
❤
May God heal your heart, mind, and spirit from what these evil animals did. Much love and respect to you for not giving up. If you believe in prayer…try it. It has helped me so much. 🙏♥️

@youuuknooow7699 No, please tell us about "shot/ killed by trying to escape." Start with a few real-world examples, please. I can't find much on it.
Not like she had much of a choice? Should she have run away and gotten shot?
I believe that ANYONE who has EVER served as law enforcement for even an hour - EVER charged with a crime the punishment should be manditory DOUBLED at MINIMUM.
Not that I want girls/ladies/females/women traumatized... Having young girls watch stories of survival from women who've done clever things - order Pizza calling 911, etc to arm them with potential ideas to draw upon on IF they ever find themselves in these situations, could it hurt?
This woman is absolutely amazing! Thank god she’s smart with great instincts, and prevented him from doing this to someone else, who may not have survived.

So he killed himself instead of facing the consequences. Yup,
If someone else has said it I'll say it again anyway :
Cops don't become monsters,
Monsters become cops.
13 years clean of opioids ❤ we do recover ❤
