That's not true, you obviously haven't done much drinking in your life. Believe me I thought the same but I've been that drunk...sadly several times. Apparently I function, but gave no memory WHATSOEVER the longest period was around ten hours. I'll wake up-very suddenly- and I'll have made tea eaten it, showered, occasionally broken something tbh. It's very bad. Once I "woke up" sat a bench in a strangers garden, freezing, 5am and they called me a taxi. I don't know why they just don't say that the boyfriend is the suspect. Like no one could figure it out based off of all the stuff they've already said and/or eluded to.
Last person he had conflict with; the business partner. Business can be complicated between partners. Love and money are pretty common denominators in murders. Unless it was a hit; or a random attack. And then the domestic issue of neighbor ....they ran!!
Also the fact that he was doing real estate in a low income community like that… aka buying properties at low cost in areas that will be then gentrified at the expense of the residents who will no longer be able to afford to live there after a real estate snake slaps some plywood inside and marks up the price. SHOCKER.

Yes sooo smart he didn't know when to stop....dont put yourself in those situations...the world is to crazy now so you have to protect yours and yourself
Like imagine if Tim wasn't a rich white dude. "Drunk guy get stabbed after being thrown out of a bar and starting 2 more fights". Love how ya'll just looked past that
1. The couple who moved to Nevada should be suspects! Why would they move away so soon after this murder? They're the killers. 2. That detective isn't accurate in his findings. This young lady wouldn't just disappear and start a new life. That's an easy means of allowing the case to grow cold, without any more investigation. I don't care how many years he's been a detective. Every case is different. 3. That psychotherapist is the murderer. He and his premonitions of murdering his client's husband. I don't trust psychotherapists. The average one of them has serious problems, usually psychological and spiritual.
Time out… Tim got into a fight with a bouncer, then he got into a fight with his business partner, and now I’m supposed to believe he innocently got himself stabbed a short time later? Pffttt. Ok.
But when you are that drunk, you have no idea what you are doing. Unfortunately i have had to see famiky and neighbors that act differebtly from one another snd one would ve a jeykell and hyde.
*CASE SOLVED* *Michael Robertson, Eggleston's former boyfriend and the father of her unborn child, was found guilty of two counts of murder.* The jury delivered the guilty verdict on the thirteenth day of the trial. Akia Eggleston's family says they've been waiting six years for this justice. The 42-year-old faces a maximum penalty of two life sentences in prison. Hoping he meets the same fate!
So let me get this right, Tim was kicked out of the first bar, then gets into a fight at another bar, then later ended up stabbed. Sounds like an aggressive trouble maker and perhaps got what he was looking for. I can tell you one thing, bouncers don't just throw out good looking young white man with money unless he was trouble maker. They are minimizing his behavior that night by calling it a scuffle.
They moved out of their apartment and no one can get a name off a lease from a landlord? Took a PI to have enough interest to put any effort into finding this info.
Timmy fought three people. The bouncer. The business partner and some random person in the streets. He was an angry drunk and he got what he was looking for.
It’s unlikely that it was the business partner because the witness saw bleeding from the head, perhaps from the brawl with the bouncer at the previous bar. His fatal injury was in the abdomen. Partner was interviewed and I’m assuming examined before being ruled out. While there are bad seeds in LE let’s try and have a bit more confidence in local police departments and also be careful not to point fingers since we have no information or evidence from this crime story pointing to the business partner
Bar hopping and scuffles usually dont end well. Why do people do it. Partner goes home leaving the stubbon partiers at the bar and then two drunks fighting and murder.
The business partner is the suspect, he most likely stabbed him during the altercation. The motive is there you can’t just say you don’t remember anything that happened after you have been hanging out with the person. The thing is even the drunkard would always remember being drunk after each and everyday so how could a normal person not remember anything…
Given the circumstances, a thorough investigation into the partner's actions and motivations is essential. There could be key evidence or witness testimonies that haven't been fully explored, which might shed light on the true nature of their confrontation. Failing to investigate this possibility leaves a significant gap in understanding the full story and potentially allows the real perpetrator to escape accountability.
Punctuating every line, every video clip and every action with a thunderous boom of bass is not one bit creative. Who is the sound engineer, a deaf teenager?
I was thinking the same thing because first he gets in a fight with the bouncer. Then he gets in a fight with his business partner.... It's not hard to imagine that he went down the road and ran into some other guy that he started to fight with too. Alcohol was in the driver's seat.

it’s naïve to take the police at face value. They could’ve made a huge mistake, or were dnot interested in pursuing that person, or have been corrupted. A town like Stockton that has no money? Sure cops can be corrupted because their salary isn’t going up when the city is bankrupt. Stockton is a cowboy town far from San Francisco and I’m sure the cops play it fast and loose because nobody’s paying attention to them. Moreover, the murdered guy was an outsider; he was from San Diego, and I believe he just moved to Stockton recently. Stockton is a town of old families who have lived there for generations, and people know each other and you’re either on the inside or the outside. Maybe his partner was a local with a well-connected family who made this go away. We don’t know

It is the downfall of our Society. People who think that it is ok are really crazy. Teach our girls to respect themselves.
Tim couldn’t handle his alcohol. Probably a huge factor in the equation.
Not necessarily, it could have been a one off situation..it is very sad either way.
HI CHRIS! You’re the best! 😍😘
Just have a seat over there. 😂
I'm sure they looked at cameras, they come to friend also walking the opposite direction. The police being called on the exact same street was no coincidence.
They were called to the same neighborhood. The domestic violence incident is obviously unrelated. It’s not rocket science.
There might have been some reason for that
Look in to it deeper
Love CH. Can’t forget his fierce show in the 2010s. “Why don’t you have seat?” LOL. And oh “….you’re free to just walk out that door.”
😂😂 Right
Yes sooo smart he didn't know when to stop....dont put yourself in those situations...the world is to crazy now so you have to protect yours and yourself
Where's my family of freaks who listened to this to help sleep ❤😂

Tim fighting everyone is the reason he's no longer here... high egos...smh....money makes men arrogant
Like imagine if Tim wasn't a rich white dude. "Drunk guy get stabbed after being thrown out of a bar and starting 2 more fights". Love how ya'll just looked past that
Fighting with the staff tells you he was very drunk and up for a fight, so he picked on the wrong guy on the way home and got stabbed
So much horrendous deceit and corruption in that field of work, the list of people who could potentially want him gone is likely enormous. 😮
Pffttt. Ok.
Tims dad is amazing. I will pray for that family. I wish I had a dad like Tims dad
You cannot walk around drunk, belligerent, starting arguments with random people late night in the city.
But when you are that drunk, you have no idea what you are doing. Unfortunately i have had to see famiky and neighbors that act differebtly from one another snd one would ve a jeykell and hyde.
He tried to breakup the domestic dispute and got stabbed: CASE CLOSED.
Just a normal day in America
*CASE SOLVED*
*Michael Robertson, Eggleston's former boyfriend and the father of her unborn child, was found guilty of two counts of murder.*
The jury delivered the guilty verdict on the thirteenth day of the trial. Akia Eggleston's family says they've been waiting six years for this justice.
The 42-year-old faces a maximum penalty of two life sentences in prison.
Hoping he meets the same fate!
Stepdad: “I didn’t even know he was dating my daughter”. Um he wasn’t sir.
What's with all the Real Estate Agent murders! So sad...
Extremely corrupt field
Damn…who DIDN’T fight with Tim that night??
Sounds like Tim couldn't hold his liquor.
Why the woman employee has a smirk during the whole interview? 🙄 … I would dig deeper with her
They moved out of their apartment and no one can get a name off a lease from a landlord? Took a PI to have enough interest to put any effort into finding this info.
Isn’t it something?
I own my home now, but when I rented, that was between me and my landlord.
How does a young girl have all of that money and she has to take the bus?
Unpopular opinion but Tim seemed super aggressive. He could have tried to fight the wrong dude…
I don't care who you are. Stay inside at night. It is not worth it.
So Tim was a hot head
Never let the dude you’re involved with know you have money. Trust me! 🤦🏻♀️😣
Timmy fought three people. The bouncer. The business partner and some random person in the streets. He was an angry drunk and he got what he was looking for.
That doesn’t mean he deserve to die
Its so normal to have babies outside wedlock in USA. Teenagers given birth to kids...what a mes.
I don't understand why that young businessman had two altercations in row, one at each bar.
Whenever I see Jason Mattera I know it's unsolved case which I hate to watch 😢
Murders are usually someone close to the person.
All these stops at banks she was involved in criminal activity for sure. Even banks take a while to discover counterfeit checks
Love the channel, but Chris Hansen always sounds about 4 whiskeys deep
Bar hopping and scuffles usually dont end well. Why do people do it. Partner goes home leaving the stubbon partiers at the bar and then two drunks fighting and murder.
The police seems to always need solid witness to solve these type of crimes. Life is good The L
The young missing mum has a beautiful family...so blessed. I feel very sad for them.
As my dad would say “nothing good comes from alcohol consumption.”
Hello from Stockton
Crime watch they don’t usually solve cases . Is just in between information of third parties . I would like to see actual solved cases .
That first story is so sad. I don't understand why they can't find that couple and why there wasn't more cameras around. It's obviously them.
The business partner is the suspect, he most likely stabbed him during the altercation. The motive is there you can’t just say you don’t remember anything that happened after you have been hanging out with the person. The thing is even the drunkard would always remember being drunk after each and everyday so how could a normal person not remember anything…
All guilty ones say they don’t remember
I know that for sure I have seen and heard
You don't drink?
Given the circumstances, a thorough investigation into the partner's actions and motivations is essential. There could be key evidence or witness testimonies that haven't been fully explored, which might shed light on the true nature of their confrontation. Failing to investigate this possibility leaves a significant gap in understanding the full story and potentially allows the real perpetrator to escape accountability.
Punctuating every line, every video clip and every action with a thunderous boom of bass is not one bit creative. Who is the sound engineer, a deaf teenager?
He must have pissed someone off
Oh well that’s okay then 😂😂
😹@@alicewonderland5032
I was thinking the same thing because first he gets in a fight with the bouncer. Then he gets in a fight with his business partner.... It's not hard to imagine that he went down the road and ran into some other guy that he started to fight with too. Alcohol was in the driver's seat.
Fights Zach left it bleeding …found hour later reporter said “bleeding and dead from stab wounds but ole Zach has the money and the crooked, on his side. #ACAB #SITTM
Or like me, perhaps was being ripped off, complained, and exposed the criminals! MY LUXURY CARS HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY VANDALIZED, I AM BEING STALKED NATIONWIDE, HAD REPEATED BREAK-INS, AND ATTEMPTS ON MY LIFE FOR THE MILLIONS I'VE EARNED IN REAL ESTATE! LEOS MY OWN LAWYERS AND COURT OFFICIALS ARE INVOLVED IN DEFRAUDING, SABOTAGING, AND RUNNING COVER FOR THE CRIMINALS THEY ARE COMPLICIT WITH!
How can this channel have 5 million subs, and still not have complete info on 95% of these cases? Yall need to do your homework, and stop resting on your laurels. You just published this story to UA-cam, but Michael Robertson was convicted on two counts of murder of Akias & her unborn baby last year in July.
Tim looks exactly like Syrian actor Mahmoud Nasr
There's ALWAYS that one camera that's "ill", or that one business that's surveillance system "had the day/night off"... At least we can all still rely on Karma to have recorded EVERYTHING!
The business partner
That business partner knows
it’s naïve to take the police at face value. We don’t know
His butt should gone home when his wife went home oooor his wife set him up, ummmm Things that makes you go ummmmm
What r the odds of getting into 2 fights back to back.
Maybe he played too hard with someone else's wife.
