How to Deal with Pinholes after Priming - Quick and Easy Fix

- We primed the chassis yesterday but it's full of pinholes so we're going to show how to deal with them using Z-Grip filler. We like to use the Z-Grip on the pinholes because it's a smoother product. Once we apply the filler over the pinholes, we will sand it off with 80 grit 🔥

Any half ton truck dodge 2009.or 2010 went to cool overs on the rear no more leaf springs this might help you on future builds scrap yards got plenty of these trucks

Do you think the mixing adds air bubbles that are later the pin holes? Could it be mixed less vivorously for less pin holes?
Why not trowel it on dude or card it on? I'm agreeing with you on the speed thing so wondering why you don't just do what I do on the boats GRP and use a stiff plastic card. I use these west systems epoxy spreaders they're ideally stiff and lay good.

I just made myself laugh!!! As Chad was sanding the pinholes and he brought the sander to a stop I leaned into my laptop screen and blew the dust away. Can't believe I did it and I can't believe I'm sharing what I did with you all! I guess I've been around the Holtz shop so often I feel like an apprentice! sorry but i feel the need to coreect you richard rawlings doesnt build cars he pays a crew to do what he wants done to the cars he buys you on the other hand are hands on car builder and while at one time he may have been a hands on guy i doubt he ever built a car from the ground up starting with junk and using minimal tools continue making great vids as they have inspired me to work on my van myself rather than to pay someone to do it may take me longer but will be more satifying in the end just needed to have a great teacher and i feel you are it i may not do things exactly as you do but in the it will still look good and others would be glad to own it

Im really surprised how many pinholes there are after the initial mudding and feather filling
The pinholes are optional.
I seen some very expensive car builds and all the high $ products used to make it look amazing. But I think Chad's way makes way more sense. It doesn't have to cost so much. Marketing kills the fun of building anything these days.
