Great video im about to add ar30 to my rig question do you generally run this on highest settting around 500psi or lower? Also are u getting the 9gpm at lower settings thanks again great video
just an idea on losing pressure when you rinse. Chang the main water line from 3/4 to 1 inch. If im correct you are restricting the flow from you water tank and that is why you are losing flow at the gun.
@@easternsoftwash you said you’re losing flow when you’re rinsing. Your pump is trying to suck water from your tank when you have the chemical shut off so if your pump needs a 1in line as the main line, your water line, meter, and back flow valve should be 1in as well. 3/4 doesn’t have the same flow rate which results in a lake of flow since it doesn’t have the water it needs.
@@jacobmellow5278 No I believe I was saying I have the three way full valve so I can switch to water and I have the two lines pulling water and that increases your flow
Great video and the only one I found on UA-cam. I want to purchase this setup for soft washing ... As for the return can I run it back to the buffer tank? and would I still need to cut the unit off when I am not on the trigger using that setup? Also, can I run my suction hose from my buffer tank to feed water to the unit?
Love the video! Can u tell what kind of performance you get with the AR 30? Vertical height and horizontal reach? Maybe a video of cleaning a roof with it.. Thank you so much!
@@easternsoftwash Thank you so much for the reply and the info! I'm looking to build one soon and I've been debating between the P-40, Ar-45 and the AR-30.
@@glenconley6878 I tried the p40 last season and it was so annoying. The difference between the ar 30 and the p40/ar 45s is the ar 30 it’s aluminum inside so it can handle the pressure spikes. The p40 is technically not supposed to be metered. This came from comet. I have been lucky so far with the ar 30. It’s lasted longed than any other system I’ve tried. I know some people swear by the p40s and ar 45s but I think it’s just hype. There’s more negative and the guys on UA-cam selling them obviously won’t mention the negative sides.
Where did you buy the softwash gun (black w/ red trigger) that’s rated with a higher psi to use with the ar30? I have an ar30 as well and have only used the red soaker gun
I just built my AR30 to a Honda 160 motor. I'm using 1" hose lines off of my poly manifold. Now for my 35gal bleach tank, I hooked my bleach suction line to a 1" PVC pipe and when I am done using bleach, I transfer the bleach line over into my water tank and open the bleach metering valve all the way open using the blue gun for rinse and work's very well.
Great video! Very easy to understand and very helpful!
Thanks I appreciate that.
Love the channel
Thanks gonna be adding more videos soon
Great video and detailed 😊

? I’m not losing flow

Oh ok yes I have the same. The bleach valve has a 3 way ball valve

I get about 45-50 feet. Yes I’m going to make one. I’ve taken a bunch and going to put them all together

How is it holdin up and whats the name of the blue hose?
Great Video, Would love to see more about AR30. I just purchased AR30 and need to setup plumbing. What size hose is on the reel yellow color?
Can you run SH threw that pump?
where can I buy an ar30

Here’s a link to one panhandlepowerwashsupply.com/1-2-viton-poly-trigger-gun-complete-set-up/
You want the viton version that has a max psi of 735. I mostly use the big red gun
Thank you! I use the red gun too but I don’t like it for roof washing.
