That would be pretty good actually. Or, some people mistakenly believed it to switch Morpeko's overall type between pure Electric and pure Dark. I like that it stays dual typed in both as is, but I'd have even taken that just so they could be a little more different...
That's good. I remember last Gen, I was leveling up my Salandit wondering when it would evolve. So then I broke down and looked it up and had to go catch a female one instead...
From my experience the easiest way to evolve Farfetch'd is to have a somewhat low level one hold a Leek, use Focus Energy (TR13) and spam moves against a level 60 Magikarp untill you get 3 crits, might need a potion or two in case it uses Tackle against you, but shouldn't take more than a couple minutes max.
the evolution method is SUPER DARK, in my opinion...Runerigas Pokèdex entries go on and on about how it's a sentient tablet on the wall...which means the Yamask you raised is GONE, because you took it under a rock...and made it too weak to fight back...How could you?
For anyone wondering Sword "A clay slab with cursed engravings took possession of a Yamask. The slab is said to be absorbing the Yamask's dark power." Shield "It's said that this Pokémon was formed when an ancient clay tablet was drawn to a vengeful spirit."

Evolving Farfetch'd is very easy thanks to Wobbuffet being in the same route as it. Use Rock Smash on Wobbuffet over and over, it deals little damage so Counter is not an issue and you'll get those 3 crits sooner or later, sooner with a Leek. You just need potions to be safe.
Now all we need is for Eevee to evolve into Espeon with the Sun/Dawn Stone, Umbreon with the Moon/Dusk Stone, and Sylveon with the Shiny Stone! Then the trend will be complete!
Farfetche'd has the item 'Leek' to increase its critical hit ratio. Got Sirfetch'd right after the first trainer battle with the rival on the bridge. To easy.

I evolved Farfecht'd against a wild Beartic on the ice route before the league. It was holding Leek and using Leaf Blade at around level 65. I was able to crit it with every move. First I got it into red health, then it luckily used rest in the first round. It fell asleep and healed fully up so I could use Leave Blade 2 more times since the second hit brought it back to red health again and then I finished it off with the last one. Guess I was lucky with the Beartic's rest move but Leek + Leaf Blade seems like it's always critting. Never had Farfecht'd not land a crit with this and I evolved 5 of them so far. I guess you could just send in Yamask with a Focus Sash to a battle it could never win and then switch it out. But why would you have to is the main question?
Critical hits land 100% of the time at Stage 4, which can be achieved with the Stick hold item + Focus Energy, so it's not a matter of luck as long as Farfetch'd can hold out long enough to use the Focus Energy + damaging move combo three whole times.
@Compucles When I read your comment I thought they changed the critical formula again and had to look it up. They didn’t change it from gen 7. It still maxes out at 100% with 3 stages, which can be done with just stick + high crit move or focus energy + high crit move.
@@chompyzilla Ah, I misread the chart. Technically, it is Stage 4, but everything starts at Stage 1, so you just need to raise it 3 stages. The Stick plus Leaf Blade would do it as long as you can find a shop for that particular TR in the Wild Area, assuming you don't want to wait until L55 to learn it naturally. Breeding Night Slash onto it is also an option.

Um...are the apples actually exclusive? I was looking through my bag on Sword. I look at what I got from Max Raid Battles afterwards to see if I can use anything. So I was looking through my bag, and I see I have 2 Tart Apples, which is normal since I have Sword version. But I also have 3 Sweet Apples. I don't know if you can get version exclusive items from Max Raid Battles, but I got 2 different apple types for one version. On the bright side I can get both Flapple and Appletun.
On Toxtricity, Venoshock is just inferior to Sludge Bomb. Also, it’s stats and movesets make a better special attacker, so Shift Gear isn’t too helpful either. Not to say that low-key forms exclusive moves are much better. Venom Drench is pretty niche and Magnetic Flux is basically cosmic power if you chose Minus as your ability, which you probably wouldn’t in favour of Punk Rock.
I'm glad Eevee evolves into Leafeon with a Leaf Stone. I couldn't have been the only one all the way back in Generation 4 who assumed that that would be the case. I mean, it's literally called LEAFeon. Why did Game Freak think that it was cool to trick kids like that?!
My personal new favorite form in Pokémon sword and shield would have to be ruinigrus but I am disappointed with how game freak went about it with the fossil Pokémon
the pre-evolved form for alcreme is interesting to where this can evolve into 63 different possible Pokemon where only 7 flavors can be shiny. attach any one of 8 items, and than do a bunch of spinning. to work within memory limits of the Nintendo switch system (32GB, 10.3 GB for Sword and Shield the games/the files which resulted in Pokemon home serving the role of poke prison to most of our older friends under the rule of if it doesn't exist in galar it's not allowed at all) all 63 of them are not able to be kept on one copy to one game unless the trainer is skilled enough to do a lot of trading 60+ times to have all 63/7 possible shiny flavors on one, where a gigantamax band item would have to be obtained during trade as well this is an involved Pokemon indeed.
@@phantommonarch6199 as milcery can evolve into 63 possible alcreme flavors with 7 of those 63 possible being able to be shiny when any of its 8 held sweets are attached to the Pokemon, for a player to have all 63 possible alcremes wouldn't a player need to trade between both Sword and Shield for logistical reasons as it is a tall order to have all 63 on the same game?
I have no idea what you’re talking about. The evolution items are not version exclusive. There’s also only seven of them. You can also store up to 966 Pokémon in your box and party, so you have plenty of room if you wanted to collect all 63 regular alcremie forms and the 7 shiny forms.
@@chompyzilla as there is an already known Pokemon who does have the items version exclusive (applin) to control its evolution, this Pokemon is not version exclusive There's only seven sweets, and up to 966 Pokemon to the box or party. so you're saying there is room to do this without raising 63 separate milcery, evolving 63 times with the separate sweets attached, and breeding for the 7 shinies.

Farfetch'd was easy (assuming post game). Step1) Farfetch'd with leek. Step 2) Metapod, lvl 60. Step 3) Success.
Boiiii You have 66.6K subs that’s funny
Amped Up Toxtricity has better exclusive moves though.
Why did Game Freak think that it was cool to trick kids like that?!
i have both indeedees and i only have sword :/
In short "ice head" is a more brokenly op version of Mimikyu's "disguise"
Not necessarily; just use special moves and you won't have to worry about it...
I totally forgot about gmax kingler
11:03 There is one imposter among us
My personal new favorite form in Pokémon sword and shield would have to be ruinigrus but I am disappointed with how game freak went about it with the fossil Pokémon
the pre-evolved form for alcreme is interesting to where this can evolve into 63 different possible Pokemon where only 7 flavors can be shiny.
attach any one of 8 items, and than do a bunch of spinning. to work within memory limits of the Nintendo switch system (32GB, 10.3 GB for Sword and Shield the games/the files which resulted in Pokemon home serving the role of poke prison to most of our older friends under the rule of if it doesn't exist in galar it's not allowed at all) all 63 of them are not able to be kept on one copy to one game unless the trainer is skilled enough to do a lot of trading 60+ times to have all 63/7 possible shiny flavors on one, where a gigantamax band item would have to be obtained during trade as well
this is an involved Pokemon indeed.
what do you mean, why would trading be needed?
@@phantommonarch6199 as milcery can evolve into 63 possible alcreme flavors with 7 of those 63 possible being able to be shiny when any of its 8 held sweets are attached to the Pokemon, for a player to have all 63 possible alcremes wouldn't a player need to trade between both Sword and Shield for logistical reasons as it is a tall order to have all 63 on the same game?
@@stevenjordan3839 I don't understand, are you saying the game wouldn't handle it or that it would take too much time or what?
I have no idea what you’re talking about. The evolution items are not version exclusive. There’s also only seven of them. You can also store up to 966 Pokémon in your box and party, so you have plenty of room if you wanted to collect all 63 regular alcremie forms and the 7 shiny forms.
@@chompyzilla as there is an already known Pokemon who does have the items version exclusive (applin) to control its evolution, this Pokemon is not version exclusive
There's only seven sweets, and up to 966 Pokemon to the box or party.
so you're saying there is room to do this without raising 63 separate milcery, evolving 63 times with the separate sweets attached, and breeding for the 7 shinies.
Dracovish is GODLY
Hello the early bird gets the word!
Calling it, there will be a pokemon that evolves at level 38 knowing the move ancient power, having one health and only at day.
If you breed Indeede you can still get males and females?
Dude just evolve farfetchd against any wobbufet you find in the wild. Even in the same route you catch farfetchd. They cant do nothing to you and they take as many crits as you need
Ok so
Dear god it has 63 forms
63
Nobody:
Cubone: Snome.
Well how do you say it then? It is an Ice type after all, so I figured "snow" would be the main emphasis in the name...
I agree with Cubone Snomb sounds weird
@@emperorcubone I say it with a hard O. Mainly because there's no E.
Some say its name is from snow and nom, because it eats snow, or noms snow, if you will.
Make indeedee is based on butlers and female is based on maids
I was very disappointed Eevee was not give another evolution type.
Right? It's the first ever Even numbered generation that didn't add an Eeveelution.
It got a gmax form instead
Farfetch’d is probably the easiest Pokémon to evolve
Everyone is trading far-fetched without leeks had to resort to Max raid sirfecht luckly it's scrappy
I hate how lycanror evelouen alcremee I'm going to make this mans job harder
“milsery”
I LOIK DRINKING *_M I L C E_* and also *_M E R S U R Y_* is poisonous lmao
Appletun is a gift to the world, Flapple is a mistake and I'm forever mad that they would even entertain the idea of locking Appletun behind Shield
Wow, we have very different stances on those Pokemon. :P
These pokemon...... uuugghh.....
Man, wouldn't be cool if Gigamaxing changed the pokemon's type or ability to actually do something meaningful... because for the majority, you might as well just use Dynamax. The secondary effects normally won't help AS much as the base ones.
Centiskorch turning into a Fire Dragon.
@@Nosretep That'd be pretty cool.
@@Nosretep That would have been AMAZING!
I'm just here waiting for your Galar shiny fixes and your problems with the region
I've already thought of some problems, but I didn't even think about the shiny fixes yet... I don't even know what half the shiny Pokemon look like!
This video just shows yet another reason we didn't get a full pokedex. All that work for bad content. I'm sad for them more than for us. This game could've been amazing. As is, it's mediocre at best.
Ah, but you can pay more to make it better! (Or at least longer, with added content)
@@emperorcubone Hard pass. Longer doesn't equal better.
No views and three likes... interesting
Thank you. This really helped 😀
