So good so good. This proves again that one does not need to do limb twisting exercises to get a good cardio workout. These workouts are simple and effective for the body like the coach says and good for the grey cells too. Great combo and a good pace.Thank you coach Paul.
Hello Paul. It’s been a while. I’ve had been under the Doctors care. I had surgery. The Doc just clear me last week for to workout again. So glad to be back. I love these short workouts. I sometimes I don't have a lot of time in the morning .I can do maybe a 30-minute in the morning, and then I'll do a 30-minute one in the evening.

I work out with you regularly Paul and I love your positive attitude to aging. I think I’m in pretty good shape for 63 and still love to move,dance and strut my stuff. Love your workouts
