I stopped at 18mins after followed the practice. Feeling wrist under a lot of pressure. Will continue practice. Thanks for the nice and details cue for the jump thru and jump back❤
Thank you! Can’t wait to try this one! Looks like I finally found an instructional video that meets me where I’m at! Most videos are either too easy or way too advanced. This is a nice in-between. I have the core and shoulder strength but just need help understanding the mechanics/technique and getting my body used to this flow of jumping through to L sit without the feet getting stuck. This looks like it’ll help build my confidence and understanding❤
Wonderful workout that not only strengthen and makes the body flexible but also the mind. All the poses are challenging ones which I'll practice for sure progressively as you Teacher Kino shared for us. Thank you so much.
Oooft. What an awe-inspiring level of fitness, Kino! To be able to do all this and still speak at the same time?! Sheesh. I and my barrel-like belly are still wobbling about in navasana. Sigh. Maybe next lifetime...
This is the class I didn't know I was looking for!!!! I spent a week in Mysore this April and did Ashtanga for the first time, fell in love and struggle a little to keep a regular practice back home (I do a lot of other Yoga Classes, so sometimes it's hard to carve out the time). But two days ago I stumbled over the Video of the Led Primary Series by Laruga Glaser and did that for the last days but I still feel like that jump through and back is impossible - now I have the perfect practice class! Watching this on the couch rn but cant't wait to try this out tomorrow!
I decided to give it a try this morning. Until I did this, I did not appreciate how difficult even the simplest moves in this video are. A really fantastic demo! I hope to keep at it and maybe one day I will manage it! Thank you!
@@GuacamoleyNacho Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to continue with this routine as I have done some injury to some nerve in my lower back/hip unrelated to yoga. I do still practice gentle yoga and do it as well as my body allows me to. Maybe one day…
@@GuacamoleyNacho You may wish to look at Prashantj yoga and David and Jelena yoga UA-camrs on their tips on different poses as they are both excellent in explaining each pose. David’s cues are very helpful in doing the primary series.
You are amazing at what you do and I really need your help BUT it was all so very fast paced, and I felt really stressed. I am going to have to watch it again at some point and pause it to try to keep up. I can´t wait to be in the right mood set for this. Thank you! ❤
@@TheHitchkick i needed to do the same thing :) I'm looking forward to training and watching my progress by noting when i can have it on "normal" speed and not only keep up, but feel strong in it!
This is such an incredible tutorial for jump throughs!!! Kino the way you break everything down is amazing. Such good teaching!! I am no way near a jump through yet but with these teachings to help me I feel that one day I WILL get there!!! THANKYOU ;D
This is by far the best tutorial for jump throughs and jump backs I have come across ! I’ve tried several! I will be doing this again and again until I get it. Thank you Kino🙏🏻💕🇨🇦

Real yoga is all about the Hindu religion and the Sanskrit/Hindu word "yoga" has nothing to do with the physical body. Putting one's name on this Hindu word is the height of delusion and arrogance.
I can’t believe how many times I’ve had to pause this video just to catch my breath.
High energy! I’ll be able to do this in five years, when I’m 65 😂 or die trying 😅.
I’ll be 66 but same 😂
This was intense. Really showed where my limitations are. Thank you.
