    Thanks so much! Got right leg forward in one month, left leg in three months! Now working on lotus, and all poses requiring strength and flexibility. I enjoy practising with you, and find so much inspiration in my home practice.🧘

    Kino, there are men watching this. A man who has been FRUSTRATED with your yoga practice for years. You need to chat with these men. It is not right to FRUSTRATE these men with your body. They don't want to DISRESPECT YOU but you have a lot of PRIVATE BEATING OFF going on and it can't be CONTROLLED.
