I own a 2019 Kia Stinger GT2..modded of course. Based on that car and the quality of it. I also traded in my Durango and bought a Telluride. Black SX Prestige Package and love it. By the way, my headliner is black and the seats are brown. Looks sweet.
Erock 1500 did you get the Dune or butter Scotch?
The Moss exterior with Dune interior and black headliner is the J.A.M.
Yet again Sarah introduces me to a vehicle I have never heard of before or even consider buying, and 14 minutes later I want it.
For me, she's the only person that routinely gets me to watch a video about a car I'd probably never buy.

Erich Lavelle My wife bought a top of the line Telluride last month and I’m starting to have car envy.
It's actually the top rated 3 row SUV right now. I went by a dealer and it's a 3 week wait and $10k over sticker price
I own a SX Prestige black on black and love it
Mike Chin my wife “ordered” a top of the line with all the beers an whistles back in April and took delivery in August. I say “ordered” because Kia or at least my Kia dealer didn’t have a way setup to order one and the guy took my deposit check and wrote everything on the back of a bus card. It all worked out except for the dealer trying to jack up the price because they were getting a $2k premium on them. I shrugged that the premium is fine for a guy walking in off the street but I ordered it. I told the. I would pay sticker because that was what was being offered on them when I ordered and they could keep the cash back $1500 because that wasn’t part of our deal back in April.
I was SHOCKED when I saw one of these in person. I couldn't stop staring. Its gorgeous, I just wish it had better options for a powerplant
If they had put the turbo charged V6 in it, I would own one now, much like the VW Atlas, it needs more power.

dave smith well what did you expect, it’s a family suv like any other of the kind. It does what is supposed to do very nicely as well as the price tag. Now if you wanted a whole lot more power well, you where looking at the wrong vehicle. High performance suvs come with high performance price tag as well. Good thing there are some choices out there but it all comes down to what you can afford

1000 Sub Challenge, and they’re still iffy no matter what kind of warranty they have.the 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty was a necessary marketing ploy because nobody wanted them.
Art Tafil my wife bought a top of the line Telluride that took 3 months after we ordered it. I was shocked at what I consider sleazy behavior by the dealership when it came time to take delivery. I really thought dealer tactics like that were a thing of past. Not trying to be rude but I think they may be more used to a customer demographic that they can get away with that stuff. A example is on the buyers order they had a negative number in a negative box making it a positive number but described it as a discount I was getting. When I pointed it out they fixed it but then the discount went away.
I bought a used 2013 Kia Optima SXL a few months ago. This thing is fully loaded out with heated and cooled front seats, heated rear seats, sunroof and all. It came with a 274hp 2.0T engine. Its on par with a lower trim level Audi A6. I am happy with this car so far. I would buy another one.
Warlock 06, the key words are you bought it a few months ago! Actually you may have a good one. In today’s world of gadgets and electronic gimmicks, Kia and its sister company Hyundai have to improve or die.
I agree... the 3.3T would be insane in the Telluride... but I would love to see the 5.0 V8 out of the G90 in there... it'd be a MONSTER 😅
I saw one the other day that looked so cool! The paint color was a beautiful metallic dark brown with gloss black wheels and black tinted windows. Absolutely awesome looking.
My dad owns one so I’m getting used to the idea of seeing it every day and I really really like it

In my opinion, you have the look, the talent and definitely the technical know-how, so, to make your new car reviews unique from others would you consider adding a small section to show locations and your opinion on how easy to access them (i.e. fluid maintenance locations such as Oil filter, oil drain plug, if AWD, front transfer case drain/fill and rear diff drain/fill plugs...), especially, my take of your viewers are mostly DIYers so those info can be valuable. My 2C. Nice videos! Please continue with your attractive and humor videos, I enjoyed them.
Love seeing a female reviewer whose not a soccer mom. Thank you for being relatable, hilarious and very informative. One of my favorite reviews of this vehicle.
Sarah's reviews are worth more to buyers than ten of the other guys' feeling their way around looking for hard plastic. Or odd illustrations in the owner's manual. Or telling you how they would have designed the grille.
I like that your testing out the featured SUV of SEMA Ignited 2018. It was crazy what they were doing with this SUV at SEMA. Ramp launching along with hairpin turns !

From the side it actually looks like an Ascent. The front end looks great, much better than it's Hyundai twin.
Nice review. I sold Hyundai’s for the last 5 years of my almost 20 years of car sales. Hyundai owned a large part of KIA for many years. Hence all the shared motors and drivetrains. I’m now retired from car sales, Miss it a lot. But not all the long hours and working EVERY weekend.
I was looking at buying a Telluride but ended up getting something else. Nice looking vehicle. I have been impressed with Kia's line up.

Interesting review. Also, big thanks for making my day with the Karman Hardon system is bangin' assessment. Got my innuendo fix for the afternoon. I agree that it would have been nice to have 17 or 18" wheels off road rather than the 20s. But given that 95% of all Tellurides will consider "off-road" to be dropping off the driveway into the yard, this review showed well.

Hi Sarah, I am in QA at the manufacturing facility where the Telluride is built in GA. Yes, I said the same thing, It needs Twin Turbo's, coupled with that all wheel drive would be quite nice.. and paddle shifters, and a launch mode :-) I hope to see that in the future for the Telluride. As it being a brand new platform, I can see many changes and new stuff in the future. Oh, and if you have not driven the Stinger yet... you are in for a real treat.
I think this is the first time I have seen someone remove the enging cover in a new-car review ^^

Yeah buddy! I sure would like to see that Stinger engine in this SUV! I could care less about a 3rd row seat; I need to occasionally tow motorcycles in an enclosed trailer & very few SUVs can stand up to the wind resistance, not the weight. For the size of that SUV, it needs at least close to 400 hp to be luxury & sport.
I believe smart control is trying to learn your driving habits so it will “experiment” with you and your style and adopt settings to your driving methods over time.

The lower trims have smaller rims, this is aimed at the luxury SUVs and big rims considered bling. You can't even get bench middle row in top trim

It may look like just a desert, but there are at least a half dozen wineries in the area. Another reason not to leave! Great job on reviewing a car I'd really wouldn't consider getting. It's interesting, though, to see how the engine and cabin technologies have come to define new vehicles.

I've been a Honda Pilot guy for years now and decided to take ethe Telluride SC for a ride. Feels nice and love the interior, nicer than the Pilot, but the Pilot has true Torque-Vectoring while the Telluride relies on its braking system for that. Will probably stick with Honda just for it reliability (you hardly ever seen a Honda broken down on the roadway, but I've seen many Hyundai's and Kia's on the side of the road)

Sarah if you want a more luxury performance version then just wait for the new Genesis GV80 and GV70 to come to the US! The GV80 was just released in Korea yesterday according to Asain Petrolhead on UA-cam and might have the 3.3 V6 turbo when it comes to the US! Also I hope they make a larger GV90 later!
Should definitely put the twin turbo V6 of the Kia stinger in the Telluride. Also it's been a lot of fun having kila in the videos. Check out HyperDrive when you get a chance. You would be good in it
I don't care about stinger. I would definitely watch it if you do the review. I've test driven one and it surprised me in many ways, positively. A friend was trying to convince me it's touched my King Midas.

ok curiously how tall are you? I am 6'2" and trying to gauge how I would fit inside esp b/c occasionally I drive a 2005 kia sportage and its great but a tad tight. Oh yeah props to the idea of a stinger engine being an option. Too rad! Cheers

Good fun review as always. The only thing that turns me off about the Kia Telluride/Hyundai Palisade twins is their lackluster 24 mpg ratings; Compared with Honda Pilot and Subaru Ascent that both get 26 mpg.
You must put the new Subaru XSport on you list to off road. It's new for 2019. Good respectable challenger to the off roaders you have tested.
