Thank you SO MUCH, I have had my heat press for almost a year if not more and I could not figure out how to raise the temp above 210. I have been searching on UA-cam for months and all the ones I have come across have not been the one I have. So I give up and brought me a Cricut hea press. Lately I been wanting to and needing to use my heat press. So I started my search again and came across your video. I couldn't believe it. You are a Godsent. Blessings to you and much success!!!
Thank you so much for making the tutorial short and to the point. The instructions that came with the machine were terrible and so I have been very intimidated by it, if not for you, not sure when I would have started my projects!! You are a life saver!!
Thanks for this tutorial you simplified this exceptionally well. With the mug can you tell me what is the biggest size mug that press can take and do you know if you can get bigger sized mug press attachments for it
Hi. I set up and tested the heat press today. I checked the temperature readings of the platen and compared it to the read outs on the control box. Here is what I got: Heat Press Temperatures Reading Actual 200 191 220 210 240 221 260 219 280 256 300 272 320 290 335 304 340 311 360 323 380 341 400 355 410 366 The actual platen temps are much lower that what has been set. I did this 4 times , each time waiting for the temperature (blinking light) to stop indicating it has reached the set temperature. Did you have the same issue?
While I have not checked exact temperature, I have found that I go 20 degrees less than recommended so I think I have the opposite problem. Example for sublimation they recommend 400 degrees, I never do it above 375 degrees because it gets so hot.
How do you feel about this heat press 6 months later? I just got it and already finding that the pressure is uneven. It seems to place more pressure on the back than the front :| I thought it was just my unit, but seeing it on yours as well where the back part pushes down further. Mine also has a hard time staying at 400 degrees. Often its dipping down as low as 375, even when I set it to 405.
I still use mine regularly and it is still very even and works well! I will say that for smaller designs, I use the plate foam for a deeper press under the material but otherwise, it's great!
Do you subliminate with your heat press, my vevor the temperature would not go higher than 210. So i had to send it back but they are sending a replacement and I am hoping to get it going when it arrives. The temp was really a struggle and I would love to connect with a few of you that have a vevor to learn the machine better
Did you get yours to work? I had to send mine back only went to 210 degrees and with subbing we need it for 400.. i was very disappointed and had to send for a replacement

Aww yay
My machine arrived today. I agree instructions are minimal. So glad I found your easy to follow tutorial. I'm looking forward to creating. Subscribed.
So glad I could help! Exactly why I made this video 💜
THANKYOU SO MUCH I NEVER WOULD HAVE FIGURED THIS OUT OMG U ROCK GIRL!!
So glad I could help someone out!
I'm considering buying one of these and I have to say your review really helped with the decision making. Thank you.
Glad I could help!

You’re welcome 😊
They do attach to other vevor items but I'm not sure if they sell them separately.
THANKU SO MUCH FOR THIS.🙏
I think showing how to use each would be good as well
I never expected this video to blow up the way it did so I just might!
@@altheasnativedesigns That's a good thing, much success to you!
thank you so much
Of course!
Hi.
I set up and tested the heat press today.
I checked the temperature readings of the platen and compared it to the read outs on the control box.
Here is what I got:
Heat Press Temperatures
Reading Actual
200 191
220 210
240 221
260 219
280 256
300 272
320 290
335 304
340 311
360 323
380 341
400 355
410 366
The actual platen temps are much lower that what has been set.
When turning on the device, how long should we allow it to heatup before using?
I wait maybe 5 minutes? Sometimes less depending on the temperature I am waiting for but the beeping will always let you know! Lol

Hi may I use regular paper and printer please?
For?
Do you subliminate with your heat press, my vevor the temperature would not go higher than 210. Hey! I guarantee your vevor was likely in Celsius because 210 is the highest it goes in Celsius and I do explain how to switch it between C and F :)
How do you tighten the mug press? I just got this one, but when I put the mug into the press, it doesn't feel snug enough.
Not sure, I haven't felt like it isn't snug enough yet but admittedly, I don't make many mugs.
Mine is completely too snug.
I want to see you use that mug press. It will not close. You need the smallest mug size possible
I have only used cricut mugs admittedly.
do you have a cheat sheet on temperature and pressures
I found one online actually. Google is great! I don't have a specific link though. I just google what I need in the moment and voila! lol
How long does it take to heat up?
Just a few minutes. Honestly maybe a couple minutes longer than the cricut heat press.
hi thankyou for the video, im just wondering if you could please im struggling with heat temperatures for sublimating
I set mine to 400 F and 45 Seconds exactly for sublimation.
Did you get yours to work? I had to send mine back only went to 210 degrees and with subbing we need it for 400.. i was very disappointed and had to send for a replacement
