This video helped me learn that the type of heat press I have is a swing heat press, how to set the time and temp, and so much more. Moreover, I appreciated the extra tidbits of information (sliding the plate - but not too much, pulling the table out to allow optimal space for the heat press, possible noises, the reminders to be very careful about the heat and all the parts that will be heated, to crunch low when adjusting the shirt,...so many nuggets of helpful information that helped prepare me for using my heart press). Thank you!

Thank you for this video! Only needed to watch one to know all I need to! Tho tip to anyone who buys one of these heat presses. In the packaging their should be a small black plastic piece that covers a screw. That screws into the pressure knob on top of the press!
