these are not insulated wire lugs, sold at the hardware store in the electrical department.

Это у вас секудный клей гель в большом тюбике ? а из чего активатор сделан. Бывает клею что то на обычный клей секудный, вроде приклеилось, пошевелю отваливается, а у вас на петлях держится крепко, или это именно из за того что гель ?

How do you start sawing without cutting into the car body or door frame?

I use cyanoacrylate glue with an activator (aerosol). This glue is used in woodworking but it glues any materials remarkably.

I used a saw with a thickness of 0.3mm
It's wrong,the front portion of the door must be inside of the column,not "fly" out of the door frame!

По поводу покраски, красить в разобранном виде.
Двери вряд-ли получится гравером. Сначала сверлом под толщину полотна, но я использовал 0.5 мм , а потом по контуру лобзиком с пилкой 0.3мм

Я поверх проволоки со внутренней стороны дверей леплю дверные карты из эпоксилина. А то просто голая проволока при открытии двери портит весь вид салона.
Отличная идея! Надо попробовать! Или проволоку гнуть в формате дверной ручки, а потом красить в цвет салона 🤔
@@VN_Custom все равно будет видно проволоку. Хотя сомневаюсь что я могу давать какие либо советы по этой теме, ибо я пробовал делать открывашку всего один раз. Это был nissan skyline r30, который в итоге сломался пополам😢
Теперь нужно искать паяльник, что бы хоть как то это исправить.
Попробуй цианоакрилатный клей ( гелевый) я таким пользуюсь. Отлично склеивает всё!!! Его, даже, используют при изготовлении зубных протезов! А после засыхания хорошо обрабатывается наждачной бумагой или напильником, главное пыль не вдыхать!
Пробовал паять, но сплав на hot wheels плохо поддаётся пайке или у меня припой не подходит!
@@VN_Custom попробую. Но там основная проблема в том, что авто развалился на 3 части, а у r30 очень специфическая конструкция, которая не даёт нормально зафиксировать все детали в изначальном положении.

Номер я не знаю, брал не глядя в строительном гипермаркете. Знаю, что это не изолированные наконечники для проводов диаметром 0.8мм
