I’d like to see Richard back over in the UK and as already mentioned Goodwood would be great and him actually driving too. I think he gained a lot of fans over here for doing the TT ( me for one). It’s easy to insult TT fans and riders but I think he was respectful and did a great promoting it! 👍

Dang, I knew the course had a reputation, but I didn't know it's pretty much a given each edition would end up in Battle Royale.

@@hegamaddness wow and I guess having 2 years with no tt didn’t help if they race every year it’s like muscle memory like still fresh in there head wonder if that played a factor I just read that a father and son team died in side car race never knew that was a thing

I grew up on the island. Always remember the fallen. But its THE challenge for a team, bike and people, and people doing something they love, not for money. When the weather holds up, its actually a staggeringly wonderful place for people to go visit, and the racing and atmosphere is very special. I think 2 vids probably doesn't begin to cover it. So back next year with a daily vid huh? :)

@@chrisprobert6 won both superbike races, superstock and supertwin on the Paton. Think he would have been better off on a 600 rather than the Triumph in supersport.
@@antony4353 he struggles on a inline 4 for supersport due to his size the 765 is just a bit bigger

First time I've seen Richard stuck for words when the bikes went past 😂
Ii thought I was fast at 165 in full gear on my ZX14... yeah, on a 4 lane straight highway + 2 emergency lanes, no traffic, a jersey barrier and a deer fence on the other side. The first time I saw them run at 200mph on Solby straight, I was slack jawed and speechless too. lol
Congratulations to the whole Gas Monkey crew and FHO racing. Most of all congratulations to Mr. Hickman. Man, the speeds those folks are going, even though it's just a video, makes the hairs on your neck stand up. I don't know how those folks manage to ride their bikes with those giant, clanging, steel balls of theirs. Cheers to all the riders that competed in the race.

Richard. Thank you for bringing us along on this adventure. I've been a fan of the TT races since the 60's, when Mike the bike and Giacomo Agostini ruled the course. So great to see the inside view and backstory of the races today. Thank you again for bringing this racing to the us on your You Tube Channel.

It was a interesting 2 weeks at the isle of man. But it turned out good for Hickman being the only the 3rd person on winning 4 races in the week

Been following the TT, Northwest 200, Manx Grand Prix, Macau Grand Prix for years, since the late 80's. Finally glad I was able to live stream it this year to actually watch it rather than just see highlights or read about it. Kudo's to the GMG team and Peter Hickman, outstanding performance. As for the next events, definitely check out Macau, you'll enjoy it. Macau has both cars and bikes for racing. You should also check out Dakar, the ultimate endurance race on the planet!
a lot of people call them self freaks or petrol heads...they have no idea. But when you see these guys you know what racing is all about. I was there in 93 and 94 , love Gas Monkey and Richard and what a decision to support the best road racer at this time Peter Hickman. Won 4 races ..nothing else to say.
4 wins in a week becoming the 4th rider in history to achieve that. Wow 👌 #10 let's get it!
Hickman is putting his mark on the TT and writing his name next to true legends, Duke, Hailwood, McGuiness and two Dunlops.
I personally think all four Dunlop’s are/were legends

Seeing videos of these guys racing doesn't do the speed justice. Until you're leaning over a cobblestone wall and these guys do a doing run flat out 4 feet away from you, only then can you really appreciate how fast these guys are going 😂

First off it's a massive well done to Peter Hickman and all at the FHO team and It was great to see Gas Monkey here on the Isle of Man. As I was driving over the mountain to work this morning it's hard to believe TT was a few days ago, practically all of the visiting bikers have gone home and now it's just soooo quiet and dare I say normal!!!
Have to go there .Watching these men put there lives on the line at those speeds shows what courage they have. Much respect for the racers.

Hicky was on fire 🔥 such a brutal sport though, beautiful but utterly brutal, this year was a tough one.
