NOW she can reach the outer strings! She was really stretching her arms when she played 'The Fountain' back when she was 9. Amazing talent and so expressive then and now.
We always associate the harp with angels. What we have with Alisa who plays like an angel. With all the grand masters of painting ,they use colour,light, shade and dark to create their portraits. What Alisa does is to create her painting using sound, with all of the virtuosity of a grand master.

I have always wanted to get into playing the harp and when I came across the composition you played by Marciel Grandjay - Fountain ⛲️ it was inspiring and now I am just hoping to save money and get a harp of my own to practice and play. I am a pianist and playing the harp is something I would be determined to do
You can see the progress but the same passion for music in Alisa's play.

Wow I am so glad to see you kept up the playing. I just saw a video from 10 years ago where you were just a girl who could play a harp with feeling like no other. I only recently started playing myself and this inspires me. I have played every kind of guitar and bass instrument but only recently like 2 months ago got my first harp. Its so different but so natural. I feel as if it was the instrument I was meant to play all along. I may not sound like it though lol. I need to practice and build more muscle memory but I so enjoy playing. I play for the love of music and the love of God who gave us music. I play to him first and then others second. when I play the song of my heart to the Lord I sometimes hear him sing over me. He adds something to the music.

Hi Olga, I saw your website and your teachings definitely show in the skill of your students. I wanted to ask, for someone that is new and trying to learn how to play the harp. What harp should I buy?
Would You like to play classical or traditional music? For classical music You will need a pedal concert harp. For the begginner it can be any modal of pedal harps. The used harp is even preferable. Just make sure that the harp is in order and not too old. :-) Contact me if You will want to get my online lessons or master-courses. Sincerely, Olga
