Dear fellow harpists, since the innovative teaching methods I developed work so well with my students (see this video: • The Teacher and the Pu... ), I decided it is time to share my teaching help with the larger circle of interested people.
I developed 5, 7 and 10 day private master-course with room and board at my home (Germany, near Stuttgart) and daily 2-4 hour lessons using my harp. Available languages are English and Russian. First trials of such master-courses were very successful.
Because I work a lot with orchestras and teaching Alisa, offered master-courses will need to be booked for the limited available time windows, which I will regularly announce on Facebook. Everyone interested in my teaching assistance can reach out to me via Facebook or Email.

Talented beyond her years. I never tire of listening to her play the harp. I listen to many of her performances several times over the passage of time.

I love watching the face of a serious artist. You can see the total concentration that she puts into her playing, while not indulging in the kinds of garish facial expressions that some artists make.
It is a pleasure to see this. Complete focus and the superb technique.

So, maybe she better stay in St-Petersburgh Russia, because in the US, stardom may be full of traps and with so many sharks on the prowl and stalking.

What's the use of wasting your time HERE ,criticizing the acoustics of concert halls or the quality of instruments? Hark the Harp, look, listen and enjoy! - This concert is a jewel, duly appreciated by such a young girl (12,13?). All professional musicians are talented in some degree, and how gratifying it is to see priviliged soloists taking advantage of the extra portion they received.

Here are the time codes for the piece if anyone is interested, I'm assuming the pause at the end of the cadenza is the transition to movement 3 (I could be wrong though)

Same here. I got so frustrated trying to change the blasted clutch pulley on my Honda Odyssey (its compressor bolts are bloody hard to get to) that I had to come in for a change of pace. I was only going to spend 5 or 10 minutes here but spent the entire piece. I was entranced. Ms. Sadikova`s graceful arms and fingers are pure gold and her music sparkles like the facets of a diamond.
Alisa: I’m so proud of you and your beautiful harp playing. A person so young like you make very good progress. You are so good for you age. Keep following your dreams and don’t give up your passion.

A good rendition. My nicer also plays the harp. What a brave young girl to be sitting there right in front of everybody, not playing for quite a lot of the time. I would find it be a bit nerve-racking.
Considering she had no rehearsal with the orchestra and memorized the entire work, I would say she's got my vote! :)

Yes, You are absolutely right! They didn't even rehearse it! It was an orchestral sight-reading. The conductor looked at the sheet music for the first time right on stage. :-( We arrived for the rehearsal three hours before the concert, but it did not take place. All these hours we were freezing under the door of the closed hall. :-(

талантище, изумительный музыкант, просто восторг!... интересно, сколько по времени уходит каждый раз настраивать арфу, и при том что арфисты все время играют пиццикато это ж надо постараться не рвать струны (не было подруг арфисток поэтому спрашиваю, извините что не в тему)
Если арфа в порядке, используется и настраивается постоянно, то 15-20 минут достаточно, чтобы настроить её перед концертом или занятием, используя тюнер. Если инструмент стоит без использования, настраивание такой арфы может занять несколько дней. :-) А струны рвутся регулярно, так что запас струн (желательно полный комплект) необходимо иметь под рукоцй всегда. :-)

Thank You so much for appreciating Alisa's performance! In fact, she learns and masters music very quickly and easily, and it does not cost her many hours of daily hard work. She has a rare talent to memorize the text very quickly, and easily assimilate the interpretation and stylistic recommendations of the teacher. And thanks to systematic training from the very beginning, she does not experience any difficulties in performing technique. :-)

Maybe she needs a Go Fund Me. The problem is that so few in the general public appreciates her talent.
in my opinion, this St.Petersburger harp isn't as bad ad you think. I'm having the same at home, and she is in perfect condition. Her sound is incredible and I would never give her for a new one

Soloists in general don't 'need' the conductor.
She can't see the conductor.
The conductor's job is to keep the orchestra in time with her, after she starts playing.
@@arminhanik4207 The conductor is there to read the soloist's cues in order to convey it to the orchestra, so in that sense they're vital

Over fifty years ago I was in the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany in the Pfalz. As a classical music lover even then, there were only two radio stations I listened to, one French and one German. Both used to fill dead air-time with constantly repeated snippets of music. The Germans used an excerpt from a theme sung by the Drei Knaben from Mozart's "Magic Flute". But it would be years before I learned that the French theme was from the last movement of the Boieldieu Harp Concerto. Having heard that bit of music perhaps thousands of times, the theme lives deep in my mind, and rather than coming to hate it, I have always been thrilled by it, and I always look forward to it whenever I hear the Boieldieu. I wonder if European radio stations still do that. I'd appreciate knowing, thanks.
