Phrase "Like doctors even GET me" implied to me that it regards her psychological health rather than physical. I thought maybe teachers one time contacted Susie's caretakers about her being problematic, and she was sent to one doctor, then another and so on, to figure out if that's "fixable" in any way. And none of them understood her situation. Maybe Susie herself wanted to be understood , and that's why she's upset. Or maybe she didn't, and just assumes that no one will ever be able to get her, because of how different and bad she feels. It just sounds to me like it's supposed to be an edgy, outsidery teen's phrase.

I think the parenthesis just mean that the dialogue is being "concealed" from another character or characters. I don't think it's always one thing like whispering or thinking, it changes every time but it's always one character hiding what they're saying from another character.

For the tea thing, I don’t think it’s necessarily that anyone dislikes themselves. Since it does seem to be a reference to that chapter in the Wayside book, the reason the book gave was because it’s the same taste they taste everyday, so they would have no strong feeling about it. One other way you could read Noelle thinking Kris’ tea tastes like cinnamon is because she knows that they might want to fit in with their family, especially since we know that they wore that horned headband for quite a while. So if she says that it tastes like cinnamon, it could be that she believes Kris wants to be seen more as a monster and therefore associates them with the same flavour as their brother
Deltarune absolutely takes place on Earth. It's called out by name as such in the prophecy. (But I get why the small details would still matter. A society of monsters living in tandem with us would definitely impact history, so it's still important to figure out what's the same and what's different) Also, the existence of Moss Neutral implies that there exists some version of Anti-Moss Chaotic
on the subject of susie and Doctors not understanding her- there have been cases of doctors just. Not believing what their patients report their symptoms as due to their own ego or following what they believe the problem to be instead of what is actually happening to a patient or the symptoms a patient reports. It could be because none of the doctors have encountered someone like susie (for any number of reasons, not just because of the "part human" theory.) and would have no idea what to look for. Being an expert on a subject can sometimes blind you to the fact that your first guess might be wrong, and enough bad experiences with the doctor (for really any reason "Nothing came up on the tests we did" "you LOOK fine, I don't really think the pain is as bad as you're saying" etc.) can make people mistrust them even when they know that Doctors should be able to help them. Maybe she's a type of boss monster they'd never heard of or something, we don't actually know all that much about the differences between monsters and boss monsters outside of the soul after all.
continuing the video from a bit later in time, The Egg Man. You mentioned that there is not a sound for when he disappears and that isn't quite true. There's the sound that plays when you obtain the egg. And then the there was not a man there. I don't know if anyone has seriously considered the possibility that the man Is? the egg?? Meeting every Man would in theory grant you Every Egg but the question no one really has the actual answer to is what happens if you find all of them. Its definitely an experience getting such drawn out story releases because you wind up with stuff like this. Tem counts the eggs, Seam counts the shadow crystals. While Susie is working on improving herself and her relationship with them, remember that Susie previously bullied Kris. Despite this, they appear to be content with befriending Susie. The concerns people have about Noelle and Susie have already manifested in the relationship between Kris and Susie. Regarding Noelle's blog , it is unlikely that she was stalking. Since she attend the same school and Noelle is aware of Kris being bullied, she was likely checking on them. However, she was too scared to take any action, as mentioned in the blog. I do acknowledge romantising that situation, even if Kris is indifferent, is bad.

and how you mention the man track (in the hidden area) doesn't have gaster's leitmotif, I think Andrew Cunningham also summarized it pretty well in his video that I believe you've seen, but there is an overlap, especially you need to consider how simple gaster's theme is, that drawing a motif from it can be anything between literally the same notes to quite big stretches, but the one little detail, that the melody repeats itself but a semitone lower is a clever possible way of motif-ying the gaster's theme, just think about it, how many times a track in a game is a melody, that is just repeated one semitone lower

So let me say this first…there are two types of ATs, and a huge portion of the fandom doesn’t know it. 1. An AT where you expand upon the events of a timeline, (And not timelines that obviously aren’t going to have events after frisk leaves.[this is For the neutral routes if it wasn’t obvious] ) For example, Horrortale. People say it is and can work as an AU because it never happens in game, but it could be an AT too because it starts from one of the many original timelines. So yeah ATs like horrortale can branch into there own Universe. 2. An AT where the events in the original timelines don’t go how they normally do. For example, Ultratale. In Ultratale, Frisk is on a genocide route about to fight sans. Near the end of the battle when it seems sans is getting to tired to fight, the child that inherited the bravery soul teams up with him to become Ultra Sans, ( to be clear When I say ultra sans I mean sans with the bravery soul, not ultra sans from the UA-cam Animation, I say ultra sans because duh it’s called Ultratale ) Sans with a the bravery soul, to defeat/kill chara, but unfortunately not save frisk since chara had too much control. So yeah. And I you have watched an Ultratale animation dub video, you will see he meets Cross in horrortale, implying that he now travels the Underverse as a protector like ink.(sry I don’t remember the name of the animation dub) And I don’t know how this works but I do think horrortale branched out into its own AU. And JaruJaru, an undertale:deltarune theorist you probably already know, made a video about how since monsters in Undertale get feelings of deja vu (feels of something that already happened) this means that there are not multiple timelines, and that there is only one timeline just being Minipulated to the beginning. So I think that is why they don’t fully remember but get slight feelings of things that already happened. Something else important to know is there are 3 types of AUS too. 1. An AU that has something changed fundamentally about the universe. For example, (Normal) underfell is where everyone is edgy, simple as that. 2. an AU that has a hole different canon than the Undertale we know (Different canon AUs is what I like to call it) Like this Universe. In this universe, Sans finds chara instead of asriel. So this leads to chara trying and failing to kill papyrus, chara frames the patience soul for staging her, minipulates sans into killing the children whenever they walk out of the ruins, they get the 7 souls (plus the other patience soul sans killed makes 7. They never said that there needed to be 7 DIFFERENT human souls) like in the original Undertale, and breaks the barrier and destroys humanity. 3. an AU where the characters interfere with frisk soul. For example, in “The Thought”, after frisk asks sans why he didn’t kill him in the beginning sans says “I considered it…..once…or twice”. And the. Sans captures Frisks soul before they could RESET. So this leads to sans used the souls to break the barrier, toriels might hate him now and now he’s gonna be stuck like this for a long time. I don’t know everything after that because I haven’t watched the entire thing yet. So sans interfering with frisks soul changed the entire course of the story. I was going to say how I didn’t know if Jarus one timeline theory applied to the AUs but then I realized that it doesn’t matter what kind of universe it is Monsters in all of the Undertale AUs work the same. And also with 2. And .3 On the types of AUs, Different canon AUs might result in a plot change to even though they never messed with frisks soul. Thanks 😊

I think the man behind the tree is Papyrus. The song seems weirdly similar to the base of bonetrousle slowed down, and Papyrus was seen with a pipis, which are thought to be some kind of egg, on a dress with the tree on them.

Flowey could use different voices when he wanted to, establishing that he has a scary "Flowey" voice AND a normal "Asriel" voice. Plus, he had a body. Asriel is communicating telepathically, so there's no reason to assume his psychic voice would sound the same as his regular voice.
I disagree with the idea that Noelle tastes cinnamon because Asriel might be controlling Kris, even if that was the case why would Noelle suspect it? The reactions to the teas represent what one character thinks about another, and Noelle suspects is Kris is being possessed by Asriel or acting like him. I can't believe you gave the present to Susie and not Berdly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seeing Berdly and walk with the rest is definitely the most satisfying option. It's interesting that most people ignore Ralsei's presence when it's the opposite of how people treat Asriel, but isn't too different from how Kris lives in Asriel's shadow. More fuel to the theory that Ralsei is Kris' ideal self!! Toby said in the past that he sees music and specifically the piano as a way to express himself, so it's likely that Kris doesn't play the piano well when we're controlling them because... we're controlling them and they can't fully express themself. I think Berdly searched up cheats for games, considering he seems pretty bad at them. Either that or something dirty. I still don't understand how you still think we're playing as Asriel. How do you explain the name in the save file being the name you write at the start for the SOUL? Which is the same name as Castle Town as per that one Rudinn, which is also called "My Castle Town" in the save point.
@@JaruJaruJ Is it not? We are supposed to think Frisk is the character we name and that the character we name is us for most (arguably all) of the game. Even after we learn Frisk's name, Flowey still uses The Fallen Human's name to refer to us. Chara's name probably comes from them being our character, considering they're referred as "true_chara" in the code while Frisk and Kris are "main_chara".
Gaster does have two heads which could have different personalities... Also maybe everyman is the narrative version of the player? Probably not. Though one of the amalgamations seems to mention the fun values and another shows Everyman, so it's sort of an educated guess.
I think you should do the snow grave route but put a spoiler warning or something. There is a lot of lore for the snow grave route and it would be good for people to see all the extra stuff that’s in the snow grave route
My funny Jockington prediction that probably wont happen is. You go to a new dark world with him. And you come across a gravely injured Darkner. Jockington tries to help them and accidentally finishes them instead. Jockington is horrified but then… he levels up. His stats go up. And he asks “is this…. A sport?” You try to insist no but he feels that thirst. That sports urge for victory. This is a sport and he’s going to win. The chapter is spent with Jockington on a killing spree, convinced darkners aren’t real and exist merely as a sport for him to hunt down and kill, and he takes your attempts to stop him as you just trying to be the winner. He’s the most terrifying and dangerous lightner despite not having a speck of malice.

About knight video: You should have done at least a quick real analysis of the annoying dog. I think it has a 90% chance of being a joke character, but if it is not a joke, it seems to match most criteria for the knight (the physical appearance is questionable but I think the legs could be used like arms when it is creating dark fountains). If the annoying dog was like a dog (animal not monster) injected with determination in an experiment , analogous to Flowey, then it would explain why it seemingly can do human things like driving a car and gives a clear motivation for being the knight (its been abused in experiments and seeks revenge on humanity and/or monsterkind). It explains why the dog rammed its car into Kris in that room in the cyber city, it was to assassinate them. Also Annoying Dog being the Roaring Knight makes logical sense as a representation of Toby Fox since Toby Fox designed the dark worlds in real life just like how the knight opens the dark fountains. Finally, dog characters have at least a weak association with knighthood/armor because of the Canine Unit in Undertale. Also noelle's mother (mayor holiday) was skipped and is definitely a possible candidate. (the knight video is seemingly deleting my comments, and this video is much more recent so I'm putting this here)

No, I don't think Kris actually have a driving license in the lightworld... I think this is simply for the game mechanics. Similar to the fact that Kris, Susie and Berdly are proficient with martial weapons. Kris does use a knife in the lightworld, but I don't think they've practiced fencing with a shield, this is something completely different. The dark world just works differently, characters are capable of doing things they aren't in the second world. Also, I simply don't see them even wanting to get a driving license. It kinda collides with the fact that every morning Toriel drives them to school, Kris lets her hold their hand while walking to the building and hug them. Also you can call Toriel after school and Kris will even ask her if she would drive them home.
Given the Asriel/Kris theory, I agree that Kris drinking Susie tea likely reflects their genuine affection for/friendship with Susie, BUT I also wonder if that level of interest in Susie is because it actually reflects Asriel’s interest in purple dragons (via Kris). She does say they are looking at her (potentially in a creepy way) and says “they seem into it” which is interesting phrasing.

If the annoying dog was like a dog (animal not monster) injected with determination in an experiment , analogous to Flowey, then it would explain why it seemingly can do human things like driving a car and gives a clear motivation for being the knight (its been abused in experiments and seeks revenge on humanity and/or monsterkind). It explains why the dog rammed its car into Kris in that room in the cyber city, it was to assassinate them. Also Annoying Dog being the Roaring Knight makes logical sense as a representation of Toby Fox since Toby Fox designed the dark worlds in real life just like how the knight opens the dark fountains. Finally, dog characters have at least a weak association with knighthood/armor because of the Canine Unit in Undertale. Also noelle's mother (mayor holiday) was skipped and is definitely a possible candidate.
I don’t think (I think…) that the egg man is Dess BUT just to throw it out there, I know that some people theorize that Dess may have been trans and so that does seem to offer the possibility they could be “the egg man” in that case. Which also makes the use of “eggs” interesting (a term referring to someone who doesn’t yet realise they’re trans), and creates some interesting implications for gifting Kris eggs. I don’t think it’s a theory I jive with but I do think it’s interesting to consider as it then opens up some connections such as the egg man’s association with living inside glitched areas and Dess almost certainly stuck inside the code/glitched, and of course Noelle’s obsession with searching for Dess and glitches. EDIT: I love picturing that the Egg Man who is trying so hard to be mysterious is stuck behind that tree just watching Kris walk around and around for an hour talking to themselves about theories.
wrt the waffling at 1:30:00 about the cinnamon + "aftertaste" - it's possibly emblematic of the cinnamon-butterscotch pie of undertale, and thus while noelle might be familiar with the smell of cinnamon, might be less familiar with the underlying taste of butterscotch mixed in. alternatively, the "aftertaste" could be emblematic of the player's control, and while the cinnamon represents kris, the dreemurrs, and the fondness of nostalgia, the aftertaste represents us, something else that, while enabling noelle to experience positive nostalgia, is undeniably different this time around, making kris act/"taste" different.
also, 2:15:10 the wood shavings are a reference to domesticated mouse bedding - i kept rats on wood shavings for ages, mice would likely use the same material, as it is loose, soft, but also, suitable for tunneling into, which mice and rats very much enjoy

It's crazy how Noelle somehow manages to freeze every puzzle and traffic light several rooms behind them. Also she also likely put lancer to sleep with the sleep mist spell inside our inventory. It's almost like there's another entity inside Noelle, aiding us in making her stronger, because how would she do all of this?

Phrase "Like doctors even GET me" implied to me that it regards her psychological health rather than physical.
I thought maybe teachers one time contacted Susie's caretakers about her being problematic, and she was sent to one doctor, then another and so on, to figure out if that's "fixable" in any way. And none of them understood her situation. Maybe Susie herself wanted to be understood , and that's why she's upset. Or maybe she didn't, and just assumes that no one will ever be able to get her, because of how different and bad she feels.
It just sounds to me like it's supposed to be an edgy, outsidery teen's phrase.

I think the parenthesis just mean that the dialogue is being "concealed" from another character or characters. I don't think it's always one thing like whispering or thinking, it changes every time but it's always one character hiding what they're saying from another character.

For the tea thing, I don’t think it’s necessarily that anyone dislikes themselves. Since it does seem to be a reference to that chapter in the Wayside book, the reason the book gave was because it’s the same taste they taste everyday, so they would have no strong feeling about it.
One other way you could read Noelle thinking Kris’ tea tastes like cinnamon is because she knows that they might want to fit in with their family, especially since we know that they wore that horned headband for quite a while. So if she says that it tastes like cinnamon, it could be that she believes Kris wants to be seen more as a monster and therefore associates them with the same flavour as their brother

Deltarune absolutely takes place on Earth. It's called out by name as such in the prophecy. (But I get why the small details would still matter. A society of monsters living in tandem with us would definitely impact history, so it's still important to figure out what's the same and what's different)

on the subject of susie and Doctors not understanding her- there have been cases of doctors just. Not believing what their patients report their symptoms as due to their own ego or following what they believe the problem to be instead of what is actually happening to a patient or the symptoms a patient reports. It could be because none of the doctors have encountered someone like susie (for any number of reasons, not just because of the "part human" theory.) and would have no idea what to look for. Being an expert on a subject can sometimes blind you to the fact that your first guess might be wrong, and enough bad experiences with the doctor (for really any reason "Nothing came up on the tests we did" "you LOOK fine, I don't really think the pain is as bad as you're saying" etc.) can make people mistrust them even when they know that Doctors should be able to help them. Maybe she's a type of boss monster they'd never heard of or something, we don't actually know all that much about the differences between monsters and boss monsters outside of the soul after all.
continuing the video from a bit later in time, The Egg Man. You mentioned that there is not a sound for when he disappears and that isn't quite true. There's the sound that plays when you obtain the egg. And then the there was not a man there. I don't know if anyone has seriously considered the possibility that the man Is? the egg?? Meeting every Man would in theory grant you Every Egg but the question no one really has the actual answer to is what happens if you find all of them. Its definitely an experience getting such drawn out story releases because you wind up with stuff like this. Tem counts the eggs, Seam counts the shadow crystals. We don't actually have any guarantee that there will be 7 of either.
Even Noelle's watch is broken. I wonder if this affects the clock sprites in the light world being broken. It makes it seem like a deliberate theme, and not just Toby being "lazy", for lack of a better word

While Susie is working on improving herself and her relationship with them, remember that Susie previously bullied Kris. Despite this, they appear to be content with befriending Susie. The concerns people have about Noelle and Susie have already manifested in the relationship between Kris and Susie. Regarding Noelle's blog , it is unlikely that she was stalking. Since she attend the same school and Noelle is aware of Kris being bullied, she was likely checking on them. However, she was too scared to take any action, as mentioned in the blog. I do acknowledge romantising that situation, even if Kris is indifferent, is bad.

and how you mention the man track (in the hidden area) doesn't have gaster's leitmotif, I think Andrew Cunningham also summarized it pretty well in his video that I believe you've seen, but there is an overlap, especially you need to consider how simple gaster's theme is, that drawing a motif from it can be anything between literally the same notes to quite big stretches, but the one little detail, that the melody repeats itself but a semitone lower is a clever possible way of motif-ying the gaster's theme, just think about it, how many times a track in a game is a melody, that is just repeated one semitone lower

With Ralsei's, Kris again thinks nothing, but Ralsei still is happy even if Kris doesn't have anything in mind for him. Susie really thinks that Ralsei is now a marshmallow and Ralsei thinks nothing about himself, rather thinks he knows that he's just a regular common thing (like all Darkners should be -- we still don't know what Ralsei really is and the green crayon went away when he removed the hat). Noelle never met with Ralsei and giving her his tea needs of an exploit. Kris thinks neutral of Noelle's because is just her friend and gives for granted everything from her, Susie drinks something she shouldn't but always wanted to you know, because she's still a minor, Ralsei gathers that Noelle's is a good girl, and Noelle always with cold and ice in her head, turned the tea into ice/snow but obviously ended with just water after brewing. Again she thinks is a prank because is Kris who gives that to her, but she doesn't know that the tea just reflected what she always have in mind about herself -- thinking that maybe she will turn into the icy queen as her mother, or thinking that her only way to cope with grief is by forsaking her feelings all together. I TOLD YOU THEY WERE TEASERS INTO THE MINDS OF THE CHARACTERS.

So let me say this first…there are two types of ATs, and a huge portion of the fandom doesn’t know it.
1. An AT where you expand upon the events of a timeline, (And not timelines that obviously aren’t going to have events after frisk leaves.[this is For the neutral routes if it wasn’t obvious] ) For example, Horrortale. People say it is and can work as an AU because it never happens in game, but it could be an AT too because it starts from one of the many original timelines. So yeah ATs like horrortale can branch into there own Universe.
2. An AT where the events in the original timelines don’t go how they normally do. For example, Ultratale. In Ultratale, Frisk is on a genocide route about to fight sans. Near the end of the battle when it seems sans is getting to tired to fight, the child that inherited the bravery soul teams up with him to become Ultra Sans, ( to be clear When I say ultra sans I mean sans with the bravery soul, not ultra sans from the UA-cam Animation, I say ultra sans because duh it’s called Ultratale )
Sans with a the bravery soul, to defeat/kill chara, but unfortunately not save frisk since chara had too much control.
So yeah. And I you have watched an Ultratale animation dub video, you will see he meets Cross in horrortale, implying that he now travels the Underverse as a protector like ink.(sry I don’t remember the name of the animation dub)
And I don’t know how this works but I do think horrortale branched out into its own AU.
And JaruJaru, an undertale:deltarune theorist you probably already know, made a video about how since monsters in Undertale get feelings of deja vu (feels of something that already happened) this means that there are not multiple timelines, and that there is only one timeline just being Minipulated to the beginning. So I think that is why they don’t fully remember but get slight feelings of things that already happened.
Something else important to know is there are 3 types of AUS too.
1. An AU that has something changed fundamentally about the universe. For example, (Normal) underfell is where everyone is edgy, simple as that.
2. an AU that has a hole different canon than the Undertale we know (Different canon AUs is what I like to call it) Like this Universe. In this universe, Sans finds chara instead of asriel. So this leads to chara trying and failing to kill papyrus, chara frames the patience soul for staging her, minipulates sans into killing the children whenever they walk out of the ruins, they get the 7 souls (plus the other patience soul sans killed makes 7. They never said that there needed to be 7 DIFFERENT human souls) like in the original Undertale, and breaks the barrier and destroys humanity.
3. an AU where the characters interfere with frisk soul. For example, in “The Thought”, after frisk asks sans why he didn’t kill him in the beginning sans says “I considered it…..once…or twice”. And the. Sans captures Frisks soul before they could RESET. So this leads to sans used the souls to break the barrier, toriels might hate him now and now he’s gonna be stuck like this for a long time. I don’t know everything after that because I haven’t watched the entire thing yet. So sans interfering with frisks soul changed the entire course of the story.
I was going to say how I didn’t know if Jarus one timeline theory applied to the AUs but then I realized that it doesn’t matter what kind of universe it is Monsters in all of the Undertale AUs work the same.
And also with 2. And .3 On the types of AUs, Different canon AUs might result in a plot change to even though they never messed with frisks soul.

Well actually 🤓 Ralsei can have a much higher attack than noelle. in fact his attack stat can be so high with the correct setup with the puppet scarf that he can deal more attack damage than susie
As of the current chapter though it's pretty much only good for the rouxls kard fight though and also it's very much useless for pacifist so like ralsei is situationally more useful than noelle at very speicifc times.
I think the man behind the tree is Papyrus. The song seems weirdly similar to the base of bonetrousle slowed down, and Papyrus was seen with a pipis, which are thought to be some kind of egg, on a dress with the tree on them.
Personally about the toby dog easter egg thingy, personally i dont think it damages anything. i find it a funny silly joke, something toby's been know for doing alot

I always thought it was like the monster souls in Undertale that are like made of light and very frail, whereas humans' is more solid and pervasive than the ones from the monsters. Here technically life is created out of pure Darkness (not as pure as the one from Ralsei's castle allegedly) but we had no mention of them even having a soul or be moved by it.

Flowey could use different voices when he wanted to, establishing that he has a scary "Flowey" voice AND a normal "Asriel" voice. Plus, he had a body. Asriel is communicating telepathically, so there's no reason to assume his psychic voice would sound the same as his regular voice.

It's interesting that most people ignore Ralsei's presence when it's the opposite of how people treat Asriel, but isn't too different from how Kris lives in Asriel's shadow. More fuel to the theory that Ralsei is Kris' ideal self!!
Toby said in the past that he sees music and specifically the piano as a way to express himself, so it's likely that Kris doesn't play the piano well when we're controlling them because... we're controlling them and they can't fully express themself.

I still don't understand how you still think we're playing as Asriel. How do you explain the name in the save file being the name you write at the start for the SOUL? Which is the same name as Castle Town as per that one Rudinn, which is also called "My Castle Town" in the save point.
The name we give in UNDERTALE isn't the name of the character we play in that game. Why would the name we give in DELTARUNE be any different?

Is it not? We are supposed to think Frisk is the character we name and that the character we name is us for most (arguably all) of the game. Even after we learn Frisk's name, Flowey still uses The Fallen Human's name to refer to us.
Chara's name probably comes from them being our character, considering they're referred as "true_chara" in the code while Frisk and Kris are "main_chara".
Gaster does have two heads which could have different personalities...
Also maybe everyman is the narrative version of the player? Probably not. Though one of the amalgamations seems to mention the fun values and another shows Everyman, so it's sort of an educated guess.

My funny Jockington prediction that probably wont happen is. You go to a new dark world with him. And you come across a gravely injured Darkner. Jockington tries to help them and accidentally finishes them instead. Jockington is horrified but then… he levels up. His stats go up. And he asks “is this…. A sport?” You try to insist no but he feels that thirst. That sports urge for victory. This is a sport and he’s going to win.
The chapter is spent with Jockington on a killing spree, convinced darkners aren’t real and exist merely as a sport for him to hunt down and kill, and he takes your attempts to stop him as you just trying to be the winner. He’s the most terrifying and dangerous lightner despite not having a speck of malice.

About knight video: You should have done at least a quick real analysis of the annoying dog. I think it has a 90% chance of being a joke character, but if it is not a joke, it seems to match most criteria for the knight (the physical appearance is questionable but I think the legs could be used like arms when it is creating dark fountains). If the annoying dog was like a dog (animal not monster) injected with determination in an experiment , analogous to Flowey, then it would explain why it seemingly can do human things like driving a car and gives a clear motivation for being the knight (its been abused in experiments and seeks revenge on humanity and/or monsterkind). It explains why the dog rammed its car into Kris in that room in the cyber city, it was to assassinate them. Also Annoying Dog being the Roaring Knight makes logical sense as a representation of Toby Fox since Toby Fox designed the dark worlds in real life just like how the knight opens the dark fountains. Finally, dog characters have at least a weak association with knighthood/armor because of the Canine Unit in Undertale.
Also noelle's mother (mayor holiday) was skipped and is definitely a possible candidate.

No, I don't think Kris actually have a driving license in the lightworld... I think this is simply for the game mechanics. Similar to the fact that Kris, Susie and Berdly are proficient with martial weapons. Kris does use a knife in the lightworld, but I don't think they've practiced fencing with a shield, this is something completely different.
The dark world just works differently, characters are capable of doing things they aren't in the second world.
Also, I simply don't see them even wanting to get a driving license. It kinda collides with the fact that every morning Toriel drives them to school, Kris lets her hold their hand while walking to the building and hug them. Also you can call Toriel after school and Kris will even ask her if she would drive them home.
Given the Asriel/Kris theory, I agree that Kris drinking Susie tea likely reflects their genuine affection for/friendship with Susie, BUT I also wonder if that level of interest in Susie is because it actually reflects Asriel’s interest in purple dragons (via Kris). She does say they are looking at her (potentially in a creepy way) and says “they seem into it” which is interesting phrasing.

I don’t think (I think…) that the egg man is Dess BUT just to throw it out there, I know that some people theorize that Dess may have been trans and so that does seem to offer the possibility they could be “the egg man” in that case. Which also makes the use of “eggs” interesting (a term referring to someone who doesn’t yet realise they’re trans), and creates some interesting implications for gifting Kris eggs. I don’t think it’s a theory I jive with but I do think it’s interesting to consider as it then opens up some connections such as the egg man’s association with living inside glitched areas and Dess almost certainly stuck inside the code/glitched, and of course Noelle’s obsession with searching for Dess and glitches.
EDIT: I love picturing that the Egg Man who is trying so hard to be mysterious is stuck behind that tree just watching Kris walk around and around for an hour talking to themselves about theories.

wrt the waffling at 1:30:00 about the cinnamon + "aftertaste" - it's possibly emblematic of the cinnamon-butterscotch pie of undertale, and thus while noelle might be familiar with the smell of cinnamon, might be less familiar with the underlying taste of butterscotch mixed in. alternatively, the "aftertaste" could be emblematic of the player's control, and while the cinnamon represents kris, the dreemurrs, and the fondness of nostalgia, the aftertaste represents us, something else that, while enabling noelle to experience positive nostalgia, is undeniably different this time around, making kris act/"taste" different.
also, 2:15:10 the wood shavings are a reference to domesticated mouse bedding - i kept rats on wood shavings for ages, mice would likely use the same material, as it is loose, soft, but also, suitable for tunneling into, which mice and rats very much enjoy
