- Keith and Jesse back at the bench! In this episode we have done a build we have been waiting years to do! Now with the new micro crawlers on the market, we finally have the perfect platform to turn a 1/12 scale Suzuki ATV toy into RC! JST-PH I believe. at least thats what I ordered for my universal charger and it works. For the rear shock try flipping the little plastic "seat" it will slightly lift it and add more stiffness. Or even maybe a black zip tie to compress the spring slightly to increase stiffness and lesser that sag? Neat build!

All you have to do is move the shock mount up to the next hole.

The riffle would look pretty mounted in the back window of a c10 cool little conversion I find myself spending way to much time in the toy section after getting one of these I'm always thinking about what body would fit best on mine 😀

I found a mini grave digger on amazon for 15 bucks has the plastic body with a cool paint job for $15 but I can't bring myself to tear mine apart yet 1/24 if you want to do a baby digger build

MIP is expensive but in the long run, worth every penny.
Agreed! We use MIP on a lot of builds. Never had an issue
I got harbor freight and thought I had a bunch of stripped hex's until I got a good set of hex drivers

What brand of hex driver do you use. I have like 3 of the .05” and all seem to be slightly off from each other. Just curious what you recommend as a good brand. Thanks.

Yes! Rc4wd Desert hero that we reworked, it was black so full colour change and we used spare time hobbies lift kit. Vanquish 1.9 wheels. There’s a build on it in our video library if you want to check it out in detail. Leave a comment if you have anymore questions about it I am more than happy to answer them

Thank you! A ton of work! All the body gaps on the rear passenger doors were really wide so we filled them and had to re-cut them down to a proper looking door gap what a pain in the butt
They make a diecast Can-Am x3 and a diecast Polaris only the motors are diecast you can pull them out and the bodies fit perfect on these if you would like to have a side by side

Very cool for sure! Could you list exactly what links you used? I know the front were from a deadbolt as well as the front mount. But the rear you didn't seam to know. I could've missed it though. Thanks!
They were the extra links that you get in the parts bags with each kit

You do know they make mini working guns that would fit that Case seem all your deadbolt parts went on that cept the frame bars would it not be easyer for us at home to just buy a deadbolt ?

Hi, what links (brand) did you use to reduce the wheelbase? I have a ftx chassis, do you think would be good for not having to make the modification?
We used the axial link kit that gives you all the lengths for like $15
Would the ATV fit on the stock deadbolt better??
Yup! We started with what we had on hand but yes for sure it would’ve been easier with a deadbolt because essentially we turn the jeep back into the deadbolt to make it all work LOL

0.050 is the driver size needed for these Scx24
