Thanks Ryan I’ve always used Alpha Engines but never used a 4shoe clutch still using 3 but thinking of changing great video always enjoy your content 🏁 racing or in the 🪛 pits 🔧 thanks again 👍🏻 🇺🇸 🌎 🇬🇧
Is that four shoe clutch set up still available? That set up looks more precise for on/ off throttle throughout the powerband! Especially for a track like Revelation!
First off it does come out of the package already assembled with a nice setup. But with a flat blade screwdriver and perhaps some channel locks or pliers you can still disassemble and reassemble it. 👍🏼
If you are trying to take up space on the crankshaft they are 5x7mm shims. If you are needing to ‘extend’ the crankshaft they are 3x5mm shims. A screw to cap it off can be a 3mm screw and you would need to add an appropriate shim for it. Or some companies also make a 3mm screw with a flange for the purpose.

Yes on LutzRc.com under clutches.
Cool video. Do you have to have that special tool to assemble it?

Can you use graphite grease to lube up those Clutch pins Ryan.
I’ve never tried so not sure. I assume would need to be very careful not to get it on the shoes and create a slip.
What size is the shime for the bell spacing as i am missing parts also if you would know the screw size to finish it off. I have a hpi 3.0

Looks like a nice clutch system. Will these work on a tekno truggy.
Yes it should. Just need a Tekno style clutch bell for it.
