The Whelen 8 Function Power Control Center (PCC8R) has a basic, eight position key pad with remote relay box, ideal for DOT, Tow and Wrecker vehicles. The LED backlighted membrane switches are designed with a solid rubber overlay for moisture resistance. Each switch is programmable for push-on/push-off or momentary activation. This eight function control center comes with three 20 amp relays and five 10 amp relays.

@ David Lucas... Not all 3 on each Switch input are hot. You can make adjustments to the wires based on how you want the PCC8R to work in regards to the inputs and setting them up to be standard outlet or a dry contact relay.If you take a look at the Installation Guide, it'll offer a bit more information.
How do you set up the switch box to have all lights turn one from one button?
Are all three wires coming out hot + lines?
So I noticed each accessory plug has three wires which I’m assuming is + and - but what is the purpose of the 3rd wire? Is it a optional sync between units?
The PCC8R's designed so you can have a Dry Contact Relay or Standard Outlet depending on how its tying in with your accessories. You'll only use 1 of the three wires from each input. @SIRENNET How does it work with light flashing between amber and white?
Presuming it's a Dual Color with leads for Amber & White; one would go to button 1 for example and the other to button 2. This will separate the colors so you have independent control.
So I can connect two sets of visor lights and a few hide a ways to this unit and control it with the controller?
Definitely.
Anyone know if I can swap around the fuses that come with the pcc8r? I need to move one of the 20amp fuses from relay 2 over to relay 7. I can't find any documentation supporting or negating my idea.
We'd definitely recommend that you check this with Whelen Engineering's tech department so there's no potential risk to the PCC8R system.

Correct; the main Red wire pair.

can you swap the fuses instead of 10 could you add 20 in its place
You would want to keep the fusing at 10Amp's. If higher watt Fuses are swapped in, the internals of the PCC8R won't be able to handle to increased draw and could case operational issues.
