This is a great advisor. We are on our second one due to the original being sold off with another vehicle. Love the aux. button for other outputs (warning lights for us). Aux can definitely be turned on seperately from all other functions. Not to mention you don't need to use the power button to turn it on, simply hit the button you want and it will be in that mode right off the bat.
I am looking to buying some lights for a work truck, I'm not experienced with lights tho. Would I be able to run 8 surface mount lights on the auxiliary on that controller? Or would I need a separate controller?
Good question - The Auxiliary Switch has a maximum peak current draw of no greater than 6.0 Amps. Just double check the draw of the surface mount lights to make sure that they do not exceed this.
@@SIRENNET oh another question. If I were able to connect the surface lights to this controller, would I be able to connect them to the Flash button, instead of auxiliary?
Yes, the integrated reflector in the CON3 light focuses the output so it's more concentrated for a brighter head-on output. [for Highway use, a larger traffic director with arrow style ends may be required.]
Good to know, thanks! Highway was probably thr wrong word for me to use, but the 55mph+ speeds are the same, as unless it's within city limits, almost all roads in my county are around about 50-55.
So can you have the aux button on,then when the master button is turned on, will the aux button on? That way you can ex: have a mini bar on while the advisor is off?
+Garpenlov We've had a lot of requests for the same thing lately :) We'll be working on showing some of our Older Equipment Collection in the near future.
+znovosad555 Over the years TIR optics and reflectors have been updated and adjusted to offer better head-on and off-axis output. Good Technology never goes away :)
Hi Scott. To get the exact same pattern as the Liberty SX series, you'd really need to use the internal I/O board. We do have a few options to can tell you about regarding special order modules to assist your project. Please email our Technical Service Manager at: Chrisa@sirennet.com. Thank You :)

@@Livealolha No, the lights will need to be connected to the Auxiliary Switch input wire.
Are the CON3 modules good for longer range uses such as highway warning?

Can I get one with red tips on the end
Anyone else notice the left and right arrow function were differnt, the right function was more of a directional vs the left was more of a sweep
The Left, Right, and Center-Out can be set to different patterns. Or they can be set the same. Thank you for watching!
Is there a way I can just purchase the controller??
Most definitely. Please call or email our Sales Team: (888) 959-0911 / info@sirennet.com Hope to hear from you and thanks for watching!
Can you add 4 hide-a-ways to the auxiliary?
Yes... you would not be drawing 6 amps
So it doesn't have no changeable flash functions?
It has 9 available TA function flash sequences and 9 warning flash patterns to select from.

You sure can.
You know what would be interesting to do on SirenNet?
Maybe a review or mini documentary on the very vintage lights or sirens. :)

+SIRENNET you should also compare one of your old Vision bars to the newish Vision SLR
Seems like TIR technology is becoming a new norm again compared to the linear style

Is this hardwire or cigar plug outlet?
Hardwired or ignition activated.
what traffic advisory controller will give me the same flash patterns as the liberty SX light bars?
