We can admire them and NOT own them. :) Thanks for the reminder!
I love the 5 struggling plants rule!! I’m definitely in the place where I don’t even feel compelled to buy more plants because I’ve got my hands full and everything ok right now. 😂
Yesss exactly lol I think this mentality develops over time for a lot of people. For some it developed sooner because we went crazy in the beginning. Thank you so much for watching :):):) I am glad that you love my rule. It really does help.

Well done, brava! I stopped feeling guilt when a propagation or even a plant dies on you. Having lost my mom, 2 yrs now, and she gifted me with soo many plants. Not going too deep, but I agree with basically not overloading yourself or feel less than because plants are not perfect and we are taking them from places that they thrive in. To be able to care for a plant, ANY plant, is a blessing. Thank you for all this!!! 💚
Great advice. I’m new to plants, just six months in. This is my first winter and I have 63 plants. My husband likes them too and keeps telling me to get some for other areas of our home. I keep telling him about the lighting, humidity and temperatures that don’t work for the plants. I have already learned the things you are talking about. I had lots of plants die before I figured out what I can keep based on my skill level and the environment. Thanks for your help.🤗💕
I want mine spread out more in my house too since they're so beautiful and peaceful.. I've replaced some lamps in our home with grow lights to help accommodate them in the less ideal spots. Slowly but surely I'm working on getting equipment to have plants in those places 😊
Lol that is good that you were able to explain it to him. Otherwise you could have listened to him and wound up with all these extra plants lol that is so cute that you guys both like plants though.
Great video !! I totally agree about the whole "gotta have it all" mentality. I have been collecting plants for about a year and I definitely had to stop myself from buying every plant I saw at the beginning. It's so tempting ! I now think twice before buying a plant, and ask myself if I'll actually be able to make it thrive or not.
Thank you so much. Yesss I feel like it is so easy to get caught up in the beginning because it is so new and exciting lol But it can take over very quickly lol
You are always so right on about plants, you talk about what other plant tubers don’t talk about. That’s what I love about your channel. Keep up the great work. 😊
Excellent advice. I admire your honesty. When I fall out of love with a plant I give them away before I start to neglect it. Now I think long and hard about what plant I’m going to bring into my home.
Totally agree. I’m in my third year of Plantdom and I hone in on what works. I wish the market wasn’t so bad right now but I’m patient for the ones I do want one day.
yes! yes! yes! about everything in this video. the other thing i've noticed about house plants (facebook, but also on reddit) is alot of stress and lack of self confidence. alot of posts 'is this ok?', 'can i repot?', 'is it healthy?', 'what if i do x', 'i got this advice, is it correct?'. plants are supposed to be fun! try things! who cares what the internet thinks! experiment! have fun with it! what works for one person doesn't always work for your circumstances, environment, or your life. for outdoor gardening, its all about trying things and learning by doing, indoor gardening seems to governed by rules. and listen, everyone at one point has killed a plant or even a few, or even a dozen, its ok, its not a baby or a puppy (i know it hurts to hear that, but it needs to be said)
Yes I see a lot of that on Facebook, especially in the groups. Yes growing plants is all trial and error. That is how I learned how to care for plants. You are exactly right. There is no perfect way of doing things.
Yaaas! I just love this video! I want to enjoy my plants. I don’t have the Rare plants but I live in the desert. Guess what? Unless I want to drop 10k on a special grow house, this ain’t happening for me! But guess what’s growing in my backyard? A saguaro that is 20ft tall with two large arms. Plus many other small saguaro on my property. It’s all relative. I live the challenge. I love collecting but I also need to know what my own limitations are! I appreciate all you said here! Thank you for keeping it real! 🤗
Thank you so much :):):) Oh I just looked up that plant. Those are gorgeous. My mom would love to have that. And honestly if you have plants that look like that, you have no need for rare plants. That is amazing.
Looks like your back yard IS a collection, and your back yard, you already know, has the perfect lighting and water requirements for a cactus collection. Would love to see that big cactus you have.
Hello friend. You are absolutely correct. I've heard the message and will take your lesson to heart. I will continue to work on my current collection and not make any new purchases. Thank you. OneLove.
Great video, and it really needed to be said. I see so many people showing their plant mail, and big buggies of plants . Then they complain about not wanting To buy a humidifier , distilled water or grow lights!!! Then blame the plant when it dies🙄. Ive been growing houseplants for over 25 years , and now its easier to research each plant BEFORE you buy to see if you can meet its needs.
Great points! I don't have 100s of plants, but I got to where I had enough that I wasn't able to enjoy them as much as I once did. Since I decided to give away some to friends, I'm much happier with my plants. Now, I'm extremely mindful of how many plants I buy. Thanks for sharing!
Exactly. That is exactly how I was feeling. I am glad that you were able to give them away to people who would enjoy them. Thank you so much for watching 🙂🙂🙂
5 struggling plants rule... that means I would never buy anymore plants! But hearing you I have to admit that I have all my wish list plants, and the ones I don't have I don't have the bright indirect light and rain forest conditions.... I will try to be thankful for what is already in my home, love your Rooting Mindfully philosophy!
@@RootingMindfully Wish list seemed to come together when I stopped looking. It's like love I guess. Now it's a situation to keep it all alive and hopefully happy. Anxiety that my cats will eat something, or mealy bugs, spider mites, fungal infections might take it all way hahaha
Lisa A Chattanooga Tn, Awesome advice this is why I like watching you videos I learn how to care for my plants and get awesome advice on thinking out of the box dont overwhelm yourself love the plant you have so they look awesome and your home look awesome to . I had some plants struggling and took a deep breath and said ok how can I make you feel better and thrive and now they are just needed a little more TLC cut back on water for some more light and humidity for the other 2 now the 3 little plants are living there best live looking awesome.Thank you.
Thank you so much for watching. I like what you said about taking a deep breath and asking the plant how you could make it feel better and help it thrive.
This is a great video on a topic not talked about within the plant community. I just got rid of a few plants this past weekend because I just didn't like them anymore. I also have only bought 3 plants this month, whereas before I was going crazy and buying plants like there was no tomorrow😅 There's no way I'd want 300 plants. I'm not comfortable with more than 50. Any more than that seems overwhelming.
Yesss. I am glad that you know what you can and cannot handle. That is extremely helpful when collecting plants. Thank you for watching. I definitely do think that we need to talk more about this.
You are the best, so sweet and logical, no truer words were spoken in your 5 tips, As I said b4 you are my favorite plant mom to learn from, I would rather have a small collection of thriving beautiful plants then a large collection of plants I don’t have the proper conditions for. Looking forward to more videos with you & your mom.
I'm so glad you mentioned the big box stores. Because I can only afford that I cannot afford the more rare ones. So I would love to see more propagations and repotting and suggestions to help us with the more common ones because I'm still on you Mama plant I have 20 in my collection which I think is good enough for me for now. I see all kinds of different plants that I like but I want to slow down and propagate so that maybe I can give some away for Christmas because these days money is tight so if you could do a video it would be wonderful and appreciated and thank you for all your time
Good plant advice. I have a wandering dude that I dislike immensely. He’s done me wrong and it irritates me to even walk by and see him LOL. Packing his bags tomorrow...
Good advice, I need to slow down. The Rex Bigonia and the Maranta is really being fussy. Once I have figured out what's happening, I will TRY to control myself.
Truth!! I suppose it’s a live and learn sort of thing. Over time you learn what plants you like and what they need. My plant collection is very curated. Whenever I buy one, I buy it specifically for a space and do thorough research before I buy it. Calatheas stress me out because I know I can’t give them what they need, so I don’t keep them anymore. Curation is key! 🪴
I am the Planty Ashe Catchum. I have been trying to buy them all. And now I have zero cohesion in my collection. One big mix and match collection that looks crazy (and borderline tacky) in my house. I’m giving away more plants this year, and focusing on the genus that I love.
I started collecting plants and became interested in them about 10 years ago. I learned alot on FB plant groups. Back then plants weren't expensive as they are now. People would even mail you a plant if you were looking in your area and could not find it. Some were even generous and may send the plant to you for free. As I remember plants started to get expensive when the Pilea Pepermoides became the it plant. Prices started going up. Then the Variegated Monstera was the it plant. Started like $65 and went up and up. Since then all the large leaf plants cost $$$. Everybody started getting interested in plants. Prices are crazy now. It's alot of competition on who has what. I don't have a Variegated Monstera but I would like one and will never pay $$$ for one. If I did and if one leaf start to die I would panic and probably wouldn't enjoy it worry about how much money I spent and scared it would die on me. Plants are suppose to bring us joy and give us comfort as they thrive and grow. As plants become unpopular that's when I buy them. I bought a nice philodendron Birken at Walmart. Thanks for your tips ❤️👍🏾
Yea I am definitely not buying these expensive plants. Especially because I don’t want them to die on me like you said, but also because at the end of the day it is still a plant and that is a lot of money. I did happen to buy my plants when they were cheaper and that is what I recommend to everyone.
Yes! This is great advice! I've learned some of these lessons the hard way. I have downsized lately and enjoying things more. Marantas and Monsteras don't belong with me :)
You spoke the gospel on all 5 Lol My plant collection is small by choice and most are of the common variety but the quality of my plants are beautiful. I had 52 and now have 40. I swapped my more rare plants for a small grow light/bulbs, planters and cuttings.
Great video, I agree with you 100 percent. I have bought so many plants because of the hype and I knew I didn't have the right conditions to keep them alive. You live and you learn, everything is not for everyone.
LOVE THIS! I just went through that cycle of having so many plants I wanted but feeling overwhelmed. Ended up purging 1/4 of my collection because they were struggling, just not as exciting, or I knew I can always get another one when I have more space/capacity to keep them happy. I feel sooo much better and my plants all look so much happier!
I really enjoyed this video. I love how you touch on a lot subjects that people never discuss. Your channel is the perfect channel for any plant parent who goes through ups and downs of having a plant collection. You help us to understand that we can’t all be like the Jones’s.. We have to understand that we all live different lives in different environments, and everything that looks good to us isn’t good for us.. Thank you for the great content. I look forward to more.. 💚
Thank you so much. I am glad that you enjoyed the video. I think it’s important to talk about all aspects of owning plants because then people just don’t see the positives. People should understand that it’s not all sunshine and rainbows and if people are making it seem that way it’s probably false lol
The thing with not wanting to get rid of older plants is a little more complicated. It's easy to say that if you don't wear something, get rid of it. But if you've had a plant for like 15 years, and it's always been good to you, it feels more like abandoning a pet. I recently got rid of a plant that just outgrew my capacity. It had been thriving for 13 years and I knew the only spot I had in my new home that could support that size wouldn't give it enough light so after a lot of consideration and finding a good home I got rid of it without any guilt. But I had similar situations where somebody who clearly had no idea what they were doing with more finicky plants came and picked up a plant I loved but couldn't support anymore and it broke my heart to think I might be sending it off to its death after all that time and everything it gave me all those years. I've gotten better about getting rid of plants, but I understand if people feel guilty giving up on little living things that made them happy at one time.
I didn't say anything about getting rid of a plant that you like or means something to you. The message was to get rid of plants that you don't have the right conditions for or plants that don't suit you because it is better to part ways than to neglect it or get overwhelmed trying to care for it.
Loved this video!! I have lived by what I can afford all alone. Also, I do not rush out and buy a new plant if I am having maintenance problems with my current plants. It is too time consuming to find out what's wrong, correct it (if possible), and watch it until it responds. I thank you for making a much needed video!
I've given or sold some of my plants when I've fallen out of love with them. I'm happy with what I've got learnt to raine myself in from getting every plant I like x
Your video was very good you really have some very good advice I think a lot of people don’t even think of that good for you you probably helped people stop and think look forward to your next video
True word 👏🏽. This lines up with my goals this year for my collection. I love where you said it’s okay to part with a plant if it no longer brings joy. I have two plants in my collection right now that absolutely sparks no joy but I am holding on to them for sentimental reasons. But after watching this video I won’t feel too guilty for parting with them 😉. Thanks for sharing.
I just recently put myself on a plant buying ban for the whole year because many of the plants I currently have will grow to be enormous and I won’t have as much room for them later if keep adding without giving them time to grow . I’m putting my energy into making sure they grow to their full potential and if I lose some at least I would have done my best
I LOVE when you bring philosophy to the plant lifestyle. Using our mindfulness for our plants will by osmosis influence our mindfulness and philosophy for own life and thereby life as it exists in its entirety. I love these kinds of videos.
Hahaha I do have a Tasmanian tree fern. However, that is because I'm Tasmanian and I've been living in the US my whole adult life, so when I saw I could grow a tree fern at home I got super excited. So far it's doing well. I bought it in summer and it's been doing okay over winter. I love your approach to indoor plants. I'm really trying to treat mine as building a beautiful space - it's different from what I expected, because a number of my plants really do better in this climate with some outdoor time in the summer, so I can't just have the lush look I wanted all year round without overbuying, which I don't really want to do.
Ohhh that is an interesting plant for sure. Well I take my plants out in the summer and my home looks more bare in the mean time but my plants love it outside and when they come back inside they are bigger and better. It can be lush it will just be a constant change for your collection.
Styling options are also another way to think outside the box and keep even the most basic plants interesting. I have a couple of huge "plain" jade pothos that I adore. I have one hung up and trailing down to the floor. I have another one with huge leaves growing up a trellis on my balcony. Pothos are easy (for me. lol) but it was still a lot of work get them that happy and lush.
#4 hit home for me. I wait a long time before giving some plants away or discarding the bad ones. I’m trying to be better about unloading the plants that are taking space vs enjoying them. For example, I went from 3 Monstera deliciosas down to 1. I’m so much happier now.
I agree. I think a smaller,HEALTHY collection is better than a bigger, bug infested one.Be mindful of what environment you have as well. Very good info,i am building mine back from scratch again being super mindful of what i WANT vs what is popular.
I agree on your 5 rules. We’ve all been caught in the trap. I just think more plants higher chance of pests. I have been a plant lady way before all this hype. My plants that I have had for years are the most common and are gorgeous. I really don’t want these special beauties getting pests. I’ll keep my collection to a manageable minimum. Thank you for some sound advice. 💚
Thank you for watching :):):) Exactly there are more chances to have pests and a lot of people do freak out when they come into contact with these pests.
You are right about the five plant rule. What it truly means is you are not paying attention and are literally killing plants. Not to mention if you simply have an insect problem that has possibly infected them all. Perhaps you do not have enough time to take care of them. You can keep a plant for years however. I had two mass canes (bloomed many times) that got too big like small trees on a landing after 20 years. I finally cut them and am propagating them as we speak. The pieces are doing well rooting in water. Finally overwatering is the temple of doom....:)
I have 4 in a well lit area near a window. Good sunlight but chilly at night. A philodendron a snake plant a pale odium and a ficus. All 6 inches tall. Growing well but might get too big.
Excatly. At the beginning of my plants collection, i was gathering all sorts of plants but now i realize my calling. Now im keeping only tropical green plants. No more difficult plants or colourful plants.
I think it is all personal preference I don't think of my plants as a "collection" I just buy plants that speak to me and bring me joy. Some people only want a handful of plants, some people have hundreds. I've seen apartments and homes that are lush and full of plants and I honestly find that absolutely beautiful and some people like the minimalistic look. There is nothing wrong with a little amount or a lot. If you want to buy a bunch of different varieties and are willing to learn how to care for them, suppliment lighting and humidity that's fine. When I got more plants they did better together and thrive off eachother. Do what makes you happy, don't listen to what others think
for me it was sort of the opposite of 1 of the points being mentioned. I love plants and trees and so on, but in my home had very little of them. because I had so little I kept forgetting them or not being consequent in the care. then I got a bunch of new plants to get my house more green and I don't forget them anymore and check on them all twice a week. my mind works on seeing it and when a wall looks green it's seen. like that it keeps my attention and I go around the house to check them all. I had a bit bad luck as with one plant came mourning flies and now it's a plague. need to deal with that. got carnivores plants for them but they aren't catching enough so I guess I need to step over to those bugs that eat the larvae of mourning flies. as it's getting really insane and annoying. in every little puddle of water they do mass suicide. including in a glass that I am about to drink from. very strange creatures.
@@RootingMindfully hey thanks for reacting 😊 unfortunately and fortunately at the same time ( as pesticides kills also the good bugs ) I can't use pesticides as I have sweet water turtles in my home and it's winter. they are very sensitive to cold and can't use such stuff with animals inside. it won't help much either with mourning flies as it only kills the mature flies. but they lay eggs that become larvae in the potting soil. they nibble from the plant roots and eventually pop into a mourning fly and the cycle begins over and over. After a mourning fly layed her eggs she and he, all of them, dramatically kill themselves in a puddle of water. pesticides won't kill the larvae so it needs to be repeated till all are gone and it's easy to miss one as they are very tiny and can hide in places where the pesticide won't do much. in the end only a bug that eat the larvae is removing the problem adequately. but getting those bugs is dooming the bugs to their dead of starvation as eventually they eaten all the larvae in the soil and they die. goes against my emphatic compassionate soul but I will find a solution so it doesn't conflict with my soul 😊. probably removing all the soil and get new one that hasn't been infected with the larvae. in spring it's a good time to do that. warm enough to go outside for it.
Yesss Ma'am I Agree With You 💯 % I Really Wanted To Add String Of Hearts And Pearls To My Collection However I Tried To Purchase From Group Of Plants Parents And Lawd Beholds The Woman Was Or May Have Thought The U Was Coo-coo For Coco Puff Because She Wanted To Charge A Ridiculous High Price For 1 String. With That Being Said, They're Still On My Wishlist. Again Thank You😍🥰😘
That is crazy. So many sellers have those strings for a ridiculous amount of money, which is crazy because they can grow really fast in the right conditions and they propagate pretty easily. At least you didn't fall for that.
@@RootingMindfully I fell for the okie doke🤔 over paying for a monstera delicious node w/o roots however it had 2 leaves🌱. Sadly to say the poor plant died😡...smh

Thank you. OneLove.
Hello :):):) I hope you found the video helpful :):):)
Great video, and it really needed to be said. I see so many people showing their plant mail, and big buggies of plants . Then they complain about not wanting
To buy a humidifier , distilled water or grow lights!!! Then blame the plant when it dies🙄. Ive been growing houseplants for over 25 years , and now its easier to research each plant BEFORE you buy to see if you can meet its needs.
Exactly. These are very good points. Thank you so much for watching 🙂🙂🙂
You are the sweetest person 🥰
Thank you :):):)
I definitely needed to be called out on this, hahah love the Pokémon analogy it’s definitely not about catching them all 🤣
Hahaha it happens to all of us lol
Great points! I don't have 100s of plants, but I got to where I had enough that I wasn't able to enjoy them as much as I once did. Since I decided to give away some to friends, I'm much happier with my plants. Now, I'm extremely mindful of how many plants I buy. Thanks for sharing!
Exactly. That is exactly how I was feeling. I am glad that you were able to give them away to people who would enjoy them. Thank you so much for watching 🙂🙂🙂
I agree with you, especially on the price of those plants. I buy the ones that costs 3.98 to 5.00. they grow just ask the one that cost 25.00
Your right :):):) They really do :):):)
Great topic!
Thanks 🙂🙂🙂
5 struggling plants rule... that means I would never buy anymore plants! But hearing you I have to admit that I have all my wish list plants, and the ones I don't have I don't have the bright indirect light and rain forest conditions.... I will try to be thankful for what is already in my home, love your Rooting Mindfully philosophy!
Thank you 🙂🙂🙂 hahah really? I don’t hear too often people saying that they have all of their wishlist plants.
@@RootingMindfully Wish list seemed to come together when I stopped looking. It's like love I guess. Now it's a situation to keep it all alive and hopefully happy. Anxiety that my cats will eat something, or mealy bugs, spider mites, fungal infections might take it all way hahaha
I feel like that usually happens. Lol things come to you when you are patient lol
Lisa A Chattanooga Tn, Awesome advice this is why I like watching you videos I learn how to care for my plants and get awesome advice on thinking out of the box dont overwhelm yourself love the plant you have so they look awesome and your home look awesome to . I had some plants struggling and took a deep breath and said ok how can I make you feel better and thrive and now they are just needed a little more TLC
cut back on water for some more light and humidity for the other 2 now the 3 little plants are living there best live looking awesome.Thank you.
U are absolutely correct... great houseplant tips!🌱🌱
Thank you so much :):):)
Thank you for the content of this video. All excellent points!
Your welcome :):):) Thank you!!!
Thank you so much for watching. I am glad that you liked it :):):) exactly well said :):):)
Thank you for this information..what you said is really true, keep up the good work your plants are beautiful I always love to see you and your mom
Thank you :):):) You are so kind.
Hahahah that is soooo hilarious. It is his time to go lol sooooo long...
Omg my WJ is getting on my last nerve too!! Last two years he was popping but now this fool is acting up.. so he may be wandering on to the trash 😜
Hahaha that’s so funny
Well said!!!
Thank you :):):)
Yesss yes you do learn how to curate your collection over time. It does take time and you have to pay attention to what works for you.
I am the Planty Ashe Catchum. I have been trying to buy them all.
And now I have zero cohesion in my collection. One big mix and match collection that looks crazy (and borderline tacky) in my house. I’m giving away more plants this year, and focusing on the genus that I love.
Oh really? Why does it look like a mix and match collection? Maybe we can all declutter together.
So true. You woke me up. Thanks
Thank you :):):) How many plants did you let go? Oh really? Plants are definitely a personal preference.
Great information I've encountered all 5 habits. Glad I'm not the only 1. Great job. Truly enjoyed this video. Makes sooo much sense.
Thank you. I am glad that you enjoyed it 🙂🙂🙂
You spoke the gospel on all 5 Lol My plant collection is small by choice and most are of the common variety but the quality of my plants are beautiful. I had 52 and now have 40. I swapped my more rare plants for a small grow light/bulbs, planters and cuttings.
Lol Thank you. Really? That is awesome. That is good that you are focusing on the quality and health of your plants.

I loved your channel before, now I love your channel even more! Such a fantastic video. The Pokémon metaphor is perfect haha! Cherish what we have 💚
Awww thank you so much. I really appreciate that :):):)
Great video, I agree with you 100 percent. I have bought so many plants because of the hype and I knew I didn't have the right conditions to keep them alive. You live and you learn, everything is not for everyone.
Exactly lol it definitely takes time to learn these things. Thank you :):):)
I truly appreciate this video. Thank you 🙏
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for this video. I needed to hear some of this. Ok a lot of this. 🙂
Your welcome :):):) I am glad it was helpful.
Great points and good reminders!
Thank you :):):)
Yayyyyy that is amazing!!! Great job!!! I have been there too. I am glad that you were able to work on your collection and space 🙂🙂🙂
@@RootingMindfully I know, but sometimes they can be one and the same ;)
New and loving it it so nice to see someone like me in love with 🪴💙💙💙
Awwww thank you 😊😊😊
Nice video. So true.
Thank you :):):)
Loved this video!! I have lived by what I can afford all alone. Also, I do not rush out and buy a new plant if I am having maintenance problems with my current plants. It is too time consuming to find out what's wrong, correct it (if possible), and watch it until it responds. I thank you for making a much needed video!
Aww thank you very much 🙂🙂🙂 it is a good practice to live by. Good thinking 🙂🙂🙂
I've given or sold some of my plants when I've fallen out of love with them. I'm happy with what I've got learnt to raine myself in from getting every plant I like x
That is amazing 🙂🙂🙂 I bet your plants are happy too
You have interesting topics and I appreciate your insight and knowledge. I really enjoy your videos!
Aww thank you :):):) I am glad that you like them.
Your video was very good you really have some very good advice I think a lot of people don’t even think of that good for you you probably helped people stop and think look forward to your next video

Very thought provoking and informative video. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for this! Great info and a nice change from a lot of plant videos that are either hauls or tours!!
Thank you :):):) I really appreciate that :):):)
Awww thank you 🙂🙂🙂 I am glad that it helped. You definitely should not feel guilty if they no longer make you happy.
Great info
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you :):):) I am sooo glad that you enjoy these kinds of videos. :):):) You are exactly right :):):)

Well thought out video. All five resonated with me. Thank you!

Awww thank you 🙂🙂🙂
I do agree with you on every point

Styling options are also another way to think outside the box and keep even the most basic plants interesting. I have a couple of huge "plain" jade pothos that I adore. I have one hung up and trailing down to the floor. I have another one with huge leaves growing up a trellis on my balcony. Pothos are easy (for me. lol) but it was still a lot of work get them that happy and lush.
That is true. It is a nice why to freshen up your collection without having to buy new or more plants.
Great advice 👍
Glad it was helpful!
#4 hit home for me. I wait a long time before giving some plants away or discarding the bad ones. I’m trying to be better about unloading the plants that are taking space vs enjoying them. For example, I went from 3 Monstera deliciosas down to 1. I’m so much happier now.
Ohhhh really? Man I feel like the monstera would be hard for me. Lol but I know what you mean. It can be hard to know when it is time to part ways.
thank you.
I agree. I think a smaller,HEALTHY collection is better than a bigger, bug infested one.Be mindful of what environment you have as well. Very good info,i am building mine back from scratch again being super mindful of what i WANT vs what is popular.
Well said!!! You are spot on :):):)
You are a good plant parent!
Aww thank you :):):)
Great video! Preach girl! 🌿🖤
Lol Thank you
You are right about the five plant rule.
Thx , really good video 👏 , hello from Vancouver 🇨🇦

That’s what my thought process was. ThNk you for watching 🙂🙂🙂
Well said so don't copy others Do what u feel best
Exactly :):):)
for me it was sort of the opposite of 1 of the points being mentioned.
Ohhhh that sounds weird and annoying. Have you used and systemics or insecticides?
Really? I don’t know why people over charge for the plant. They are so easy to propagate.
The plant community is getting bigger and the supply of hype plants are less and some plant lovers are becoming plant snob, they don't like common plants because they are competing with other people that likes rare and uncommon plants. We don't have to collect them all 😂 Unless it's a Pokemon lol. Thanks for sharing your plant tips and have a fab day
