Very informative and helpful, well done. I have the same issues with my new 2024 can am defender limited. First dealership replaced the voltage regulator, I put on approximately 750 miles and same issues again with battery going dead. Dealership replaced battery and another voltage regulator stating there was a bad batch of regulators manufactured, but then BRP suggested to change out the stater and flywheel as well. Waiting now to see what happens??
I have to do mine next week If you remove the sensor wire at the front where you fist pointed out undo that one screw pull the sensor up & out then you can remove the whole case cover to put it on the bench Cheers
Has this fixed your issue? Or was it something else? Thx for the video, I’m replacing my 2010 Canam outlander 800 stator and it’s ver similar, obviously little bit different here and there but the same basic steps
@@worldsokayesthunter I'm having this same issue where the battery isn't charging so I'm about to change the stator. Already changed R/R. But your issue ended up being an incorrectly wired starter solenoid?
Not many videos like these. Thanks.

Thanks for the video - I also am having an issue and am replacing the stator - Did it fix your problem?
Great Video. You really make me laugh with your comments.
Hello... can you help me to change flywheel to can am outlander 650 2020?

We did a good job but it ended up we had a wire crossed on the starter solenoid.
@@worldsokayesthunter interesting, I’ll have to check my atv to make sure the wires aren’t crossed.
Great video, and thank you for the response!
@@worldsokayesthunterHey, love the video... Can you explain what a crossed wire is? Thanks
@@nabakostow9800 2 wires were secured where the other should be.

Why you replace no spark?
Is it the same for the outlander?
I don't know for a fact, but I bet it's 99% the same. For instance, I looked at my Polaris ranger for comparison and the basic steps are the same.
This guy has no idea how to mechanic on stuff . You never use your impact to tighten stuff back up unless it's your tire
It worked though.
it’s not that deep bro who hurt u?😂
