Geo Metro G10 1992 3cyl water pump, timing belt, idler pulley

Watch as I diagnose this high mileage 1992 geo Metro Lsi convertible g10 3-cylinder 62 cu 54 hp in engine. There's been something grinding for a couple months already and now I see some fluid leakage getting slung off the secondary belt system onto the alternator and elsewhere.
