thank you so much for your content🙏🙏. l am verry verry inspiration so for me the museum is verry amazing🔥👍👍👍👍👍 and verry is the best museum in the world❤❤❤❤. Tahnks🙏
I remember seeing this giant slice of a Californian tree as a child. It's was over a thousand years old when chopped down. I'm sure it looked more varnished, brighter, and used to have a large piece of glass at the base as it was lower down. Also I'm sure it had dates and events over hundreds of years written on the tree. Looks like a long poster has now been placed there. They have possibly cleaned it as it now looks a slightly different colour. Apparently Its been in the Museum since early 1890s. Great video Tim. The layout of the Museum has changed a lot over the years. They used to have a ciniprojector in one of the rooms, with wooden seats, showing old Black and White films. I'll always remember seeing " Giraffe Women" for the first time in Africa with loads of rings around there extended necks. Thanks for bringing back forgotten memories.
Hi there another fantastic video like always brilliant Work brilliant editing need to get to London later on this year looks really good keep up the good work
Funny story. As a kid (and still as an adult) I was obsessed with history. So I was thrilled when my parents brought me to London to visit the museums. Except I’d misheard. I thought we were going to the National History Museum. I was expecting tales and artefacts from the Tudor period, the Romans, the Vikings, The Georgians etc. I still feel the disappointment I felt when we arrived to a load of old dinosaur bones as I realised that Mum had actually said Natural History Museum 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I really should go back to walk round it and appreciate it properly and not while throwing a tantrum because Henry VIII wasn’t mentioned but I’ve been too stubborn to do so lol 😂🤦🏻♀️ Thanks for another great video Tim. Hope you and Gaby are well xx
@@WalkWithMeTim I have. I liked that until I got told off by a security guard for being too enthusiastic about artefacts and trying to get round the back of some to see all angles 🤦🏻♀️ I swear I was just fascinated and not just a naughty kid lol 😂

I was in an earthquake, the West Midlands one in 2002. Measured 4.8. It was nearly midnight, I awake on my computer, bird started making a racket, next minute the house shook. It was wierd. Apparently most of the country felt it in some form or another.
Fantastic tour Tim, I thoroughly enjoyed this - never been and now I really want to go! Even the building on its own is worth visiting. Thank you for sharing this. Volcanoes are fascinating Don’t know if you’ve ever been to Sicily but the views you get of Etna are spectacular if you drive or take a taxi from Taormina up to Castelmola on a clear day. It’s a beautiful view at Castelmola looking from the castle ruins☀️☀️☀️

Hi Tim. Love your history museum. I been there alot. My sister does not like the eculator as a women took a buggy up it and she nearly made my sister fall down they were nearly at the top. Luckily a man a few steps behind her manage to catch her but since then she's been scared of it.. I on the other hand like it and don't worry about the height as after you come out of earth you can see more of the star consultations which I love. I didn't realized we were alike when it came to favourites being dinosaurs earthquakes and volcanoes. The one I love is the Darwin legacy. My sister' her favourite is the creepy crawlys in sects. Me no way.

Science Museum staff member told us if she had a Pound for every time she'd been asked where the escalator into the planet was by visitors mistakenly thinking it was in the science museum, she'd be rich.
It's great here, and we visited yesterday. What was incredible however, were actually seeing 4 transgenders, or at least men in skirts and bras, with facial hair and makeup walking about with questionable friends. So, that was four areas I had to quickly whisk my children to look at something else, in case they got scared or the site of a man in a crap dress distorted their memories of an Dilpodocus skull or something worthwhile.
