My favorite part of London is all the museums... there's evidently so many, you could see a new one every day for year. Definitely love to see!

The best best best one is the V&A. Its has everything from ancient to modern and lots of really great temporary exhibits as well. And the cafe is great! If you only have time to do one, do the V&A.
I found, on my first & only visit to the British Natural History Museum (I live in South Africa), it turned out I was more enthralled by the building & it incredible masonry, then the exhibitions inside it. The carvings in the walls of this building are truly something else! Victorian building work at its absolute pinical!
From a £30 kitchen towel to a free admission museum. It’s good to know that some areas of London are affordable. PHEW! 🤗
This museum blew my Son's mind when he visited London 4 years ago. He absolutely loved everything about it.

I visited this wonderful Museum for the first time on a school trip in 1955 or 56. The thing that i remember most was a girl being sick on the coach. I have been there a few times since with my children and grandchildren, i'm happy to say nobody was sick.
I wonder if the girl concerned is still alive?

Used to go in there most Sundays when it was raining , the building is one of the best I’ve ever seen breathtaking, , wasn’t that busy back in the day , thank you for showing it , I would definitely pay to go here

We LOVED the Natural History Museum in London! It was fantastic (and yes, hot when we went, too). The dodo birds were amazing!! I bought a stitched dodo ornament as a souvenir. The architecture there is gorgeous and made for some amazing photos. I'd definitely go back and explore some more.

Thanks Hannah, a trip down memory lane for me. Worked there for 22 years, but haven’t been back for a while.
The Kensington museums are great Hannah. My fave is the V&A, especially for lunch or an al-fresco refreshment on a hot day.
I first visited The Natural History Museum with my late parents in the 70’s and 80’s and we would spend long weekends in London and visit all the museums.
They were free

Visited with my husband and our children several times throughout the years, no fees. However, you have to book online and a donations are preferable when entre the museum. Nice place! and very educating for children at school age, but recently they closed the aquarium section on the 2nd floor for refurbishment. Got to be careful from gangs though, they harras or pick pocket even inside museums these days.

National History museum,Victoria&Albert museum,Science museum,National Gallery,British Museum are ALL free and they are ALL amazing....not like in Paris or in Rome,Firenze and else...culture is all free in London no wonder I always liked London for museums

Our Art Museum is free here in Cleveland. You have the option to buy a ticket to their featured pieces, but it’s not crazy expensive. I love going! Nice to know if I ever get to London they also have a museum I can visit!

The British Museum and the National Gallery are my 'must see' places to visit when in London. Go early though to avoid the tourists (although of course all you tourists are lovely......).

This is one of my favourite museums in London. I’ve done the earth quake simulator twice and it’s realistic fun. What I appreciate is that most of the museums have some thing to accommodate a visitor who eats only gluten-free. Thanks Hannah!
Thanks Hannah. Love NH Museum. Always take my kids there when in London because we never get to see it all each time we are there. When they were 4 and 11yrs old, they/we spent 2.5hrs just in the minerals and crystals (+diamonds) room😭. I'm a geologist, but even that was to long for me😅.
I was disappointed when I went to the NH museum for the first time as an adult with my kids because other than the dinosaurs on the ground floor, the dinosaur corridor and the rocks and minerals room, everything else has changed to make "topic displays." When I was a kid the museum was floor to ceiling glass cabinets full of insects, butterflies, pickled eg snakes etc and draws to pull out full of all the collections... I LOVED it when it was like that.

What a great museum! The animatronic Tyrannosaurus alone would be worth the trip! And the building is stunning! Since it is free I would recommend this as a place for anyone who is feeling kind of down to pay a visit and walk up that grand staircase. I think that could make anyone feel better. Personally, I'd make a beeline for the gemstones!

What an absolutely incredible museum, and free??!!! Love that there is such a variety of exhibits under one roof. Could spend days in there. And a gemstone exhibit! I've got a decent size collection of gemstones. Looking to your next video!

An amazing building and only 150 years old.Inothing tops the craftsmanship in any building these days. It will still be around after many skyscrapers will be ripped down. Now that's environmentally friendly.
The museum also is awesome and far surpasses anything we have in Australia. Worth visiting.

Nice to see the Animal section reopened. The last time I was in London, either in 2022 or 2023, the section was closed for renovations and the "animals" were having their feather or fur colors restored.

As a New Yorker, the amount you pay for admission is up to you. The general admission to others is US $28.00 which is around 💷21.78 pound sterling. I see a Hannah vlog and I click! My son and I visited the Natural History museum and V&A in one day. My favorite thing was actually the earthquake simulation. Guess I'm a big kid. Of you ever get to Washington DC, the Smithsonian museums are definitely worth a visit!
