These are essentials for an athlete and not for building body. Include non-veg once or twice a week depends upon his interest . Give him milk daily a source of calcium. This is more than enough. Actually this has to be followed by all to be healthy. Also include plenty of vegetables daily. Follow this and you can think of later when he reaches Advanced level.
