    Begli esercizi!
    Finalmente qualcuno fa vedere un po' di preparazione atletica specifica per il tennis.
    Spero fare anche video sull'agilità e sulla parte aerobica (scatti, ripetute, ecc)

      Insieme a Marco, volevamo creare qualcosa che fosse utile principalmente ai tennisti. Ci rendiamo conto che tale conoscenza non è ampiamente disponibile, quindi crediamo che ti piaceranno tutti e 10 gli episodi. :) Puoi guardare tutto qui: topleveltennis.com/it/node/18

    Thank you sir! I did everything I possibly could do at home with the things I have available. The ball one I would’ve done but I don’t want to cause a disturbance in my home for my mom and I going outside in my neighborhood is a death a wish unless you have a knife with you or know how to fight.

    How long do you hold or many times do you do these exercises?

    • @TopLevelTennisOfficial
      @TopLevelTennisOfficial  Рік тому +3

      Daily, but if you can't be consistent that much, you can try to do some exercises 3 times per week. Try to hold every exercise as long as you can, but mostly 30 seconds is fine per one try.
