I prefer buying raw land than already build house, because owning land can produce excellent returns, generally the land is considered a long- term asset that is Tangible.
This is amazing 🤩, I would’ve prefer to buy a raw land because is easier to maintain and has no additional upkeep cost, on the other hand if you choose to buy already furnished house you will have to deal with everything from minor wiring and plumbing problems to extensive remodeling and renovation work ( water damage, peeling paint, worn out carpets and other issues).
