hello Mass, how are you doing? Well i will first start of by thanking the company for the valuable support and affordability of land sales in The Gambia. I am a student and with the help of the company, i was able to purchase a 20/40 piece of land at pirang phase 4. Currently i am away pursuing my masters degree and i had plans of securing my plots before the raining season. However i have little worries as to when my land will be allocated to me because like you rightly said, demarcation and all preparations was done and set for allocation since last year December. But anytime i communicate with your customer care service center, the lady gave me excuses which i find difficult to digest and on several occasions my brother and a friend of mine are constantly in touch with the company. As we speak now, i have already paid someone for the physical planning documents but to appoint a day for sight visiting is proving to be difficult too but you are claiming customers don't want to secure their lands when myself i am still struggling with the company to set me free so that i can start working on it. My last conversation with your service center, I was pissed of and told her maybe you guys want to wait until when the whole place turn into a forest before you allocate my land to me. To be honest i am impress with the splendid work of Biamo Group Limited but since January to now i have been patiently waiting and its pathetic and frustrating. I don't intend sending any message here but the situation forced me to and i am sorry for any inconvenience it may have cause. Thanks and will be waiting to hear from you soon, bye for now.
