The Kenyans are the best for Indian cuisine ... Once I visited a Restaurant in Nairobi... The waiter came and asked me for the order... I told him to bring whatever he wants... He smiled and came back after few minutes with nice chicken curry, spinach sag, and a hot bowl of soup with chapati and rice... He waited till I taste... So I tasted and was shocked... It tasted almost the same as the food my momma used to cook...I almost cried as It reminded me of my childhood... The waiter replied "I knew you would love this"
Touching story. I am not Indian, but years ago before we had the Internet, I took two 10 week courses at night school in Toronto that covered from the north to south of India.
