    Very good video. I have Robin Hood wholewheat flour. How much should I use with the All Purpose white flour or shouId I only use the wholewheat flour. We always have to mix the two in N.A. This is what we get here. Can I use olive oil? Which oil is the best if I don't want to use coconut oil? I noticed when you put oil on the dough before cutting it, you did not flour it. Is there a reason why you didn't? I noticed that some people do. What is the main reason for them doing that? if you slightly clap them, the layers will separate. Thanks.

    • @suzyshomestead
      @suzyshomestead  2 роки тому

      Hey! I think it'll be a trial-and-error method for you, because I am not so familiar with those brands since I'm not in the States. You can use any oil, including vegetable or canola oil. We put oil on the surface to prevent the top layer hardening or cracking. All the best! Might take a few trials but once you get it, it's a great skill to have. 🤗🤗

    I do five at a time. instead of oiling one by one i do the five then oil them and coz they are many, they will automatically get brown all over plus less gas takes less time
