I think the Dutch have had great uniforms.
I believe the Dutch shirt there is Air Force issue, probably for arid/desert wear, as it shares the same pattern as the steel grey ones they wear in temperate zones. The Dutch AF have an entirely different set of issued uniform to the Army/Marines.

Russian camo from the Ukrainian war is not that hard to get it's you can pluck it off ebay all day long.
Often times in very "used" condition
Went to a surplus convention and some table was selling a Ukrainian shirt complete with a death certificate ☠️
