Considers 375 as disrespectful and 465 bench and a 650 squat! This mans as strong as a horse!
465 is doubtful at first. But if you think, he did 225 for 30 Reps - which if you use a 1rm calculator, that equates to a 1rm of 457.5 - I believe it to be honest, the guys a tank.
I believe him 100%. Genetic freak. Look at the size of his legs. He's got that rare, natural explosive power.
I have friends at PSU. He could easily bench 500lbs if he actually trained for it. Dude is STRONG AS AN OX. Freakishly twitchy and just amazing genetics. 700lb Squat, 500lb bench easy.
The calculator is inaccurate at high reps, it's more likely around 400 lbs when he did the test based on people that did similar rep ranges.

I have friends who went to PSU with him, he was putting up almost 5 plates on each side. He is the REAL deal and frankly if all he did was powerlifting, I think he could get to 600lbs bench eventually. Freakish genetics.
