trailer sales and repair shops sell the single sheets of the paneling. Replaced a panel on my trailer not long ago, very easy and cheap and will look new.

Damage is like the car in Once upon a time in Hollywood. I think Emilio kicked somebody into the side of that trailer. Get a new panel from trailer supply or try a heat shrink. Keep inside light color for light reflection.

Always hit it with a heat gun before you hit it with a hammer!
There’s a reason why it’s white! A black trailer oof... can you imagine how hot it would get in the summertime or Texas at anytime!

As far as someone "turning into something", pivot points are the most difficult spots to "turn" into something... unless he slide the trailer into something (which certainly happens a lot in the winter due to trailer brakes). If it wasn't slid into something, it was run into for sure.
Throw a jack (or forklift lol) under the fender well on the center of the dent and beat around the ridge of the dent from the topside while keeping a bunch of pressure applied to the bottom, if you want to get the dent out further. And can also confirm they sell single panels if places are open there (have done many of them). :)

I actually fix stuff like this daily. Replace the panel, don’t bother with paint. Fender lip is cheap and easy to replace. Also 3M VHB tape on the studs is your best friend on a trailer with screws in the paneling... Kyle’s trailer is a “black out” package and was built that way. The atp, fenders and trim are powder coated black. As for the inside of your trailer I recommend and personally use Raptor Liner for floor and wall treatment. It can be purchased or tinted in whatever color you want. Scuff the wood with 40 grit and lay it down, and it stays.

For the dent in the metal sheeting, I would bring it to a metal fab shop that is equiped with sheel metal rolling equipment. You pass the sheet between the rollers to give it a slight curve on one side, then you pass it the other way to straighten it the best you can. If not, you can probably just buy a new sheet or 2 from a trailer company. For the dent in your wheel tub, I have a 10 ton body jack that I bought off amazon. Pretty good to straighten things like that! For your fender, a couple passes on an english wheel would probably eliminate a lot of these imperfections. Last point, I wouldn't personnally caulk the seams because if the trailer start to leak again, it might seal the moisture inside the walls and make real damage unnoticeable. At least if you can see the water dripping inside, you know you have a problem!

What we did to our trailer was put a white rolled laminated flooring down. Then put in white vinyl texture sheeting up on the walls, so you the white keeps it bright in there at dark. The vinyl is easy to keep clean.

I would suggest a sealant/stain. That would make it look good and help protect the wood from any spills that might happen plus in my opinion paint is a hassle, it doesn't last long, and it will show any scuffs that will happen when moving the car in and out. Just some things to think about when you make your decision

  • @justinhobart8747

You can get a replacement piece of siding pretty cheap, Painting the trim is up to you... it's either polish it or paint it. Self etching primer, and possibly epoxy paint. Paint the interior with enamel White Walls, I'm old-fashioned and believe a oil base is superior, if you can't get it in your state you can still probably get Rust-Oleum enamel yes it's for metal, but then it out and spray it and you'll do just fine with several coats. There are several good flooring options I like a textured tile in checkered pattern. You need to figure out how to outfit the inside for what you need for storage, and we also recommend an awning on the outside.

I'm kind of late to the party, but you need a "slapper." (a type of body hammer, google it, most people make their own, I made one out of a leaf spring leaf I had sitting around), it makes straightening flat or gently curved panels a piece of cake, I've straightened a bent up garage door with one and you can't tell.
Those panels are available from trailer dealers, put a new one and a new fender on it and no one will know.
I like Kyle's trim, but be aware you might be opening a can of worms. The aluminum might be either clear anodized or clear coated and that could cause issues with paint. Your best bet is to use an etching primer or a zinc chromate primer before painting it. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the black trim on Kyle's trailer is either powered coated or anodized before it was put on.
I'd paint the inside of the trailer white or light grey, it will make it brighter in there and easier to work on the car. It will also show any dirt more :-/

You made sure to seal the seams back up when you put it back together right? Like the panel you pulled off. And I guess the wood inside doesn't really need it but wouldn't hurt. But outside for sure and the seam above the fender. I'd even put a little Dab into each screw hole b4 you put the screws back in to make sure it seals.

Get the textured shower and bath board wall sheets that comes in white and other colors and just line the inside walls with that. I think it comes in 4x8 sheets that are like a 1/4 inch thick. It cleans up very easy and is gloss finish so it willl brighten up the inside a lot and look really clean. Then i would just bed line the floors with the stuff from there parts store that u put on with a roller. A little better grip and would clean up spills pretty easy and would look killer. Add a few strip lights and it would be Pimping.

i think the dent has been caused because the frame at the rear of the trailer is bend up (like when the trailer is overloaded , then the front tire is blowing out and the rear wheel takes all the load thats inside the trailer ) , wouldnt be suprised that the grease goes on intoo the roof as well
i suggest you put the trailer on the lift or over the greasepit they have in the shop and check if the trailerframe is still straight or cracked check aspecially around the springmounts and where the solid axle could bottom out on the trailerframe
as for bending it back , it might be eazier to use a bottle jack and some bracing to push off of
as for painting the floor : bedliner is nice , anti slip and holds up well (its a sort of rubber so it stays flexible), could also do black and white checkerboard vinyl

Kyle's (Cleetus's old) Trailer definitely came from the Manufacturer with the trim black. It will be almost 100% powder coated. It was definitely not rattle canned black. And you would be surprised how much damage a blowout can cause. Because there are not impact marks on the out side sheet metal the rubber from the blowout could have easily been cleaned off with brake clean. If he had hit something there would be damage like scratches and missing paint from the side. Just go and get a new panel from a local steel supplier. You can get it pre power coated or painted. And call the trailer manufacturer and buy a new fender (spat). Then it would look as good as new. Also with the dent in the wheelhouse you can see from the inside. Use a block of wood and a floor Jack and put some weight on it while you slightly hammer around the outside of the dent. Maybe even use a little heat from a torch just to take the chill out of the steel. Don't heat it up so hot you burn the paint. Just enough to make it easier to work. Its worth doing because apart from that it's a nice looking trailer.

Probably a grey so it hides dirt but doesn’t stay too hot. The aluminum. Nah I wouldn’t paint it. Maybe polish it but then again that might make it too shiny in your mirror if you’re pulling it on a sunny day... just my thoughts.
