      stop shilling "israeli" foods
Israel is a genocidal apartheid state, the closest we have to 21st century Nazi Germany, and its population is overwhelmingly in favour of the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and the theft of their homes. BDS also includes not shilling the food items they've stolen from local arabs, jews and diaspora and appropriated as their own. For every Israeli dish you dish, the IDF kills another Palestinian child.

100%. This couldn’t have been said better. Lost 105 lbs without a single day in the gym. Straight dieting. if you could share tips like "steam eggplant for this chinese dish instead of fry it" (i know you already did that video but just as an example) that would be really cool.
or maybe a series that's like "this is how to cook it for yourself or family for health conscious reasons, this is how to cook it for a dinner party where you're going all out."

I can confidently say that portobello mushrooms make good patties as used here when you flatten them by cutting a bit off the cap on both sides. In regards of flavor I prefer kings trumpet mushrooms, sliced length wise; tho they make for smaller schnitzels/nuggets.
Some veggies can be used similarly to the portobello mushroom. Celeriac root and rutabaga come to mind. (:

The chicken parmigiana was super delicious and the pasta was a nice compliment BUT how many dishes I had to clean up afterwards!!! It took me about 45 minutes cleaning everything. The mixer, the teaspoons, the spatula, the cutting table, several knifes, the dish with the breadcrumbs, the cutting board for the veggies, the pot for the pasta, if you are like me and you decide to cook you easy tomato sauce, then the tomato sauce, the garlic smasher, the dish where I served the pasta, the oven tray, the cutlery. If you do this recipe, do the chicken patties for at least two days in a row so your time in the kitchen is worth it

These are excellent recipes, I especially like the dinner option here! However, if you start counting calories, you'll have to start counting other stuff as well to stay healthy. E.g. how many grams of protein do these 3 meals contain? I'm not an expert here so I don't know the exact numbers but from what I've heard, about 1-1,5 g/ kg of bodyweight is needed to stay healthy (the higher end of that if you train on a regular basis). And of course there comes a question of different amino-acids as well. A certain amount of fat (and again, a certain combination of different fatty acids) is also crucial to your health (e.g. to not be fatigued or lose eyesight). But I get that it's an enormous topic and it would require not a single video, but probably up to several seasons of video series and an incredible amount of research to get everything right. I can't even get myself to be too precise with it when eating either. lol
