Yes, this is Angelina Jordan's own original song written for her deceased grandfather with whom she was quite close and who influenced her a lot. I have tears once again at the big cry---it is as though her cry is the cry of all of humanity, since all humans endure loss of loved ones. She's going to get there. Republic Records know what they have with her---her family wanted her to finish school and have as normal of a school time as possible. She finishes her studies in the Spring and the album is due out this year, 2023, sometime after that. She attended the Grammy awards recently, tickets, I presume via Republic Records. I think they know there is Grammy material on that album. AND WE ANGELS pace the halls, waiting. LOL! You take care of yourself Sir Winer, Diner & Rhymer. Grandma Ellen, out.

Angelina has been signed with Republic Records since age 14 - the contract terms are that she not be heavily promoted until she finishes high school in May or June of this year 2023 - with the expected release of her first all-original song album. Don't worry - Angelina is in good hands with her family and republic records.

She graduates in June. We are all hoping she releases her new album. Republic records promotes Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and others. I think when they really start promoting her she will explode on the music scene.
I always hear Angelina cry out her pain over the loss of her grandfather. That's so emotional.
When I heard the song for the first time, my father had just passed away. I knew exactly what she felt. Only she could put it much better.
The song helped me. I believe it has helped many people who have lost a loved one.

She has been doing this for 10 years, slowly building views which are now 4 B on FB & 1.8 B on YT =5.8 B views, according to her home page. Once she graduates HS this spring/summer & her album is released, her record label will start promoting her. If she gets one of more big hits on her album, her career will skyrocket. BTW, her 1st album, It's Magic, recorded at 11, released at 12 yo, is mostly covers, but 2 tracks are her self-written songs, What is Life & Oslo.
It's even more amazing when you realize that she's 14 in this video. She would either have been in middle school or in her first year in high school.
Take a look at her performing this song in the summer of 2022 (16 y/o) at the annual music festival in Norway. She changed song's phrasing and tempo, making it into an amazing experience for those lucky enough to attend.

Angelina’s performance is phenomenal such a heartfelt masterpiece, Million Miles is not Angelina’s first original but her first original when she signed with Republic Records aged 14 years old, Angelina wrote recorded and performed this song as a tribute to her Grandfather who passed away and to anyone who has lost a loved one, their are 3 versions of Million Miles, a musical video, a Studio version and a artistic version where Angelina’s Grandma does the artwork as she is a talented painter and artist, great reaction thanks 🙏

Angelina signed with Republic Records in August 2020 at age 14. Her family requested she be allowed as normal a childhood as possible so they have yet to promote her. Her first album on Republic Records is scheduled to be released this year with a world tour likely. Angelina's album "It's Magic" was recorded when she was 11 years old and is available on iTunes and Amazon. At times, that album has been among the best selling jazz albums and includes her first two original songs, "What is Life" and "Oslo"

This is a very personal original masterpiece performed by Angelina, dedicated to her deceased grandfather. You bring up a very important point regarding Angelina's recognition and promotion. Her family and Republic Records will not promote her or release her album till she graduates high school this summer, and then the floodgates should open. But in the interim, myself and a couple of other angels have been trying to educate you on what you can do along with other reactors to help her. Boosting her analytics on UA-cam is her greatest source of increased exposure currently. We appreciate that you have started to encourage viewers to watch her video and subscribe to her channel. It would help if you added a link to her official channel, as well as her cover channel. Social media are also helpful optionally. There are specific actions that boost the analytics. Watching videos to the end, liking, commenting, sharing, and subscribing. It is vital that you encourage the viewers to do all of these things and to demonstrate that you do them as well. We have over 200 reaction channels now implementing these suggestions and we hope you will continue to the next level to support Angelina's career. These are small gestures compared to the promotion she will get in the months to come, but every bit helps if reactors play their part. Thanks for all.

Ron is not trying to shine in anyone's shadow but rather sharing facts he has learned about Angelina and suggesting reactors use their platform to educate fans of the artist (each artist the reactor features and not just Angelina) how they can best support BOTH the reaction channel and the featured artist. Ron has taken the time to educate himself to make the best guess how the UA-cam algorithm works and wants to share that knowledge. Most people have no idea that there some free actions they can take to boost the analytics for any content creator on UA-cam.
No argument that when Republic Records is given the green light by Angelina's family, their promotion will dwarf anything us angels can do to promote her. Until that day, my position is, that if just ONE person who I introduced Angelina to, feels anything close to how Angelina has improved the quality of my life, then all my time and efforts were well worth it.

You said you found it a little hard to come up with new stuff to say. An easy way is to talk about the specific song: what is the wind about, with covers : who was the original artist and always what the song does to you. This song was about Angelina losing her second grandfather and how that made her feel and how she knew he was never really gone.

Hate to say this... did you actually focus on any part of the song lyrically... I'm not sure if I've ever seen it missed by such a wide margin. I have no issue with you pausing, yet you may want to back up 5 seconds each time so you at least have a chance of understanding the song instead of listening to one and be oblivious of its intentions.
