The speed/rpm/fuel consumption stats could have been abbreviated, or included in the written remarks. Much more interesting would have been a tour of the rest of the interior.
Great Video thanks for sharing the fuel consumption and giving us an idea what the boat can achieve. I wish more people that make boat related videos would add this sort of information. 👍👍👍

Why aren't boats like that more streamlined? It seems you could get much better speed by increasing the streamlining. Would streamlining include a bulbous bow?
If your American Tug 365 has a fuel capacity of 400 gallons and consumes 2 gallons per hour at a cruising speed of 6.3 knots, you can calculate the approximate range of the boat using the following formula: Range = Fuel Capacity / Fuel Consumption In this case, the range of your American Tug 365 would be: Range = 400 gallons / 2 gallons per hour = 200 hours of cruising time At a cruising speed of 6.3 knots, this would equate to a range of approximately: Range = 200 hours * 6.3 knots = 1,260 nautical miles
I can really hear the engine room. The plowing doesn't look good but I'm now expert, so maybe your suppose to except you can't get anywhere in a reasonable time. Sure like the size for a livable space .
i mean 8 kts is kinda universal avg for everyt boat thats made for moderate or long distance. so in my opinion that was acceptable. but i laughed out loud when his voice was getting muffled over engine noise lol.
while its ok to have engine noise but i found it hilarious when the skipper said its quiet at 9kts while you can barely hear him over the sound of roaring engine. lol
Great boat, nice video......that music though.
Now that's the size my wife and I need to start out with....

Nicely done
